Description of Work: Bryant Orrock provided quotes for replacement of all seven home windows and a sliding glass door. Professional and informative. He had many photos of sample work. The crew was timely, courteous and cleaned up everything after work was done. Very pleased with the quality of windows and workmanship. Would hire again.

Description of Work: Had 2 bay windows (3 double hung in each) replaced with special coating on 1set to deflect sun rays.Workers very efficient,cleaned up nicely. |When I top section would not drop down for cleaning,owner came to check and had the whole window replaced.Very pleased with rapid response to problem.

Description of Work: They installed 4 casement windows to replace a bow window, and 18 double hung windows in the rest of the house. Half of the double hungs have simulated wood grain to match the woodwork in that area of the house. We chose ASW after getting estimates from 4 local companies. They have the best quality windows of the companies we compared. Only one company quoted a lower price, but ASW was very close . Bryant went out of his way to provide all the information he could to help us make decisions. His 3 man work crew was incredible. They did the job in a day and a half, and their workmanship is beautiful.

Description of Work: They replaced a large sliding glass double window that overlooked a deck off of my upstairs bedroom. They were a bit delayed from finishing up a prior job, but had the office phone me to advise about the later arrival time, which was no problem. Two workmen arrived, and both were exceedingly courteous, knowledgable, went right to work and worked steadily. In the process, they found rotten wood under a portion of my carpet next to the sliding doors, which they repaired. They also cut back the limbs of a huge crape myrtle that was growing through the deck and railings from the ground floor. In other words, their work was excellent and then they worked beyond what they had been contracted to do. They left their work area looking as nice or nicer than when they arrived. They get an A+. I will definitely hire this company again.

+ -1 moreThe job went well. They could have cleaned up better outside the house, such as nails and debris. That needs to not happen and contractors should not throw things down on the ground. They explained things well and did a good job. Other than the clean up, I was pleased.

+ 0 moreBryant was the only contractor I got an estimate from who re-contacted me to check the status of my decision. I do have to say, he was late to our first appointment for my estimate, and we had to re-schedule a second one before we finally got all the numbers crunched. But I wouldn't let that deter you from considering Window Depot for your work. Bryant was extremely knowledgeable about the product and process, and answered all my questions before and during installation. He and his crew are great. The gentlemen who did the installation were prompt, efficient, and courteous, and even cleaned up after they were done and re-hung all my curtains and blinds! (They took down all the window treatments before installation, as well). My new windows and sliding glass door look great and operate easily. And I can already tell that they are better at keeping out the cold than the old ones. I do have one slight concern about the appearance of one of my picture windows (some of the clear adhesive holding the grids in place is off-center, which bothers my sense of symmetry), but Bryant is bringing out the window distributor to take a look and see about replacing the window pane. I am very satisfied with the quality of the product and service that I have received.
Description of Work: I had 15 windows and a sliding glass door replaced with energy-efficient vinyl replacements. The project included two picture windows, two casement windows, one arched window, and 10 double-hung windows. The sliding glass door replaced an existing set of faux-french doors (where only one door opens).
