Description of Work: The man who came out was great. Very knowledgeable, professional, and experienced. The cost was high because of the mileage to my home, and the nature of the service. I had to have the entire locks changed. I was very pleased, since I could not find anyone else to come out on short notice. I would recommend!

Description of Work: Cut larger hole for and installed a combination deadbolt lock on front door. | |They called on day of appointment and asked if they could come early. Came when expected. We didn't have a working 9v battery. They carefully explained how to install the battery and program the lock.

Description of Work: They came earlier than the appointment time, which was not a huge problem. When I called them, I described what I wanted done (rekeying locks) and asked how much it would be. They gave me a price over the phone for the service call as well as a price for each lock rekeyed. However, after the work was done and my ticket was written, the amount was about 10% more than what I'd been told a few days earlier over the phone . Unfortunately, I trusted them to honor their phone quote, and I was stuck paying the higher price. Finally, my husband had to manually tighten doorhandles where the locksmith had worked. I will not use them again, certainly not without a written quote before the work begins.
