I am going to use this company for my basement area. The whole process was exactly what you would expect from a professional company.

Two people arrived right on time. They assessed the job by examining each carpet to be cleaned and pointed out any stains they saw. They indicated which ones would definitely come out and which ones were questionable. They then proceeded to clean the wall to walls first and then the areas. I had some small rugs that I can throw in the washer and they cleaned those too. They moved furniture that I couldn't move and placed styrofoam squares under the legs to avoid any stains on the wet carpet. I was completely satisfied. They were professional, friendly, and competent.

They show up on time, are very responsive (which is nice since I live in another city), and they do quality work. They bill me at my home which is nice so I don't have to leave a check. They have the feel of a comfortable, small town company.

The carpet cleaners got to the house before I did. They were very professional. They both greeted me and went right to work. It was hot outside and I didn't have the air on. They didn't complain about the heat. They worked at steady pace and finished quiker than I thought. The landlord was impressed on how nice the carpets looked.

Easy to schedule with, on time and service rendered was perfect. I would definitely recommend and will definitely use next time.

I wouldn't try to get a quote online as i submitted a request for that a week prior to calling and didn't get a response. I called for a quote and the receptionist said she would have a technician call me back for the quote which they did in a few hours. After describing the work i needed to get done they were able to fit me into their schedule by thursday (i called on monday). They arrived 5 minutes prior to when i expected them to so that they could get set up outside the house. I showed the rooms that needed cleaning and then let them work. The whole process took less than an hour and the results were stellar. They were able to get up 98% of everything that was in the carpets. I say that because there was one spot that was pretty stubborn and they were able to remove it for the most part but not fully. However, the rest of the stains from spills including wine and lots of Virginia red clay stains from our backyard were fully removed. I was very impressed with their level of service, speed, price and quality. I will definitely use them again.

They did a wonderful job. They came exactly on time. The price was really reasonable. They were prompt and timely. It was an excellent experience. I would call them again in a heartbeat and I would recommend them. I took the furniture off of the rug.

This company gave me an accurate estimate over the phone, arrived promptly, and did a lovely job of cleaning and rearranging the furniture. I recommend them without reservation.

ACUC returned my call promptly, provided an estimate by phone, and were available on relatively short notice to come do the job. We agreed on a day and time, and they were on-time. The guys who did the job were friendly, professional and fast. Whole job was done (including moving furniture around) in 30 minutes (for three carpeted rooms). A surprisingly pleasant (and efficient) experience as I was moving into my new place. Would recommend and use again.
