Description of Work: They cleaned all of my bedroom and basement carpets. They pre-treated some pet stains and also cleaned an oriental rug. All of it turned out really well especially given the fact that my carpets are pretty old. The oriental rug probably needs to be cleaned off-site for a more thorough cleaning of the tassles, etc., but overall I was pleased.
