Updating our family farm house was a project of monumental proportions, but they did a phenomenal job. They worked well with our architect and everything they did was of the highest quality. But, given the high price, it should be high quality.

They surpassed our highest expectations in every way, not only providing the best possible construction on time and within budget, but advising on materials and construction methods where the architect had made mistakes. The whole process took about 6 months. We could not be present very often, so they sent us weekly photographs via the internet and worked with closely with us to make it go right. In the end, we became good friends and look forward to seeing them again.

We are in the last few weeks of completion and on time and budget. Their billing/invoicing is accurate and as promised (unheard of this day in age). They specifically take you through most of the decisions that spike project cost in most builder/customer relationships before the contract is signed.
