+ -1 moreThis is a small company very responsive. I got a quote from the owner very quickly with 3 different options and a lot of explanations helping me to decide on my best option . Once I accepted the quote I got a set appointment to perform the work . The owner and worker showed up on time and were very friendly. All the work was done the same day and they explained to me in details how to work the "high tech" thermostat, when to replace filter and what should be the maintenance routine. I was also told about my extended warranty option. They left the place very neat and clean. It is definitively a company I will stick with.
Description of Work: Replace AC Unit and Air handler by a high performance one and an inteligent thermostat.

+ -1 moreMy experience has been excellent. The gentleman that comes is very nice and services my equipment.
Description of Work: I've used them for years. They've been serving me for about 20 years. They come around 2 times a year to check on my equipment. I had them install a heat pump 2 years ago and I have a warrantee. The amount I pay depends on what service they perform and how old my system. I have to call them when I want them out. He comes in the spring and in the fall.
