Webcam was suggested to us by the vendor who sold us the windows at Direct Buy. Since we had dealt with John before we felt we could trust him to recommend someone good and we went with his suggestion. We were not disappointed. With the exception of a cracked picture window which was taken care of by the window company, everything went smoothly. There was no mess, no fingerprints and we now have beautiful windows. Six of the windows were installed in one day. The owner came to check on progress, see how we thought things were progressing and to answer any questions that we had. The last three (the picture window and it's two flanking double hungs) were installed the day that the replacement arrived. One of the things that we really liked was that with the exception of the actual measuring, we were able to deal with signing the contract and making payments all via e-mail and through Quicken. It was very quick - no waiting for mail to arrive, etc. It was very convenient. It also made for so much less paper having to be filed away. I am looking forward to having them come do more work for me - doors, more windows and hopefully siding.

Webcam Construction has a personal touch and ensures the job is done correctly. The interior painter was very professional and did excellent job in cleaning up. The installation of the sliding patio door and window were done by a well-trained, experienced crew who clearly cared about the details of the installation. They were timely, fast and did excellent job with the fit. They took time to provide a tutorial on the door and window features as well. Nejla, Jon, Jun, who handled the scheduling and contracts were responsive and provide detailed explanations of all aspects of the projects. When we noticed a scratch on the patio door from the manufacturer, Jun arrived promptly to assess the problem and initiated the needed corrective action. John Wayne, clearly has in- depth experience and knowledge concerning home improvement and provided great assistance with selecting the best quality patio door and window at the lowest cost. We are Direct Buy members and Webcam is very knowledgeable of the Direct Buy system; they provided valuable assistance with our purchases. Plan on calling them again for future remodeling needs.
