Installation wasn't a problem. The issue is the screen they replaced for the door to the gazebo lasted less than 2 months and half of it just flaps in the wind. Tried calling and left multiple messages but have been ignored since they got paid. Total waste of money as they don't stand behind their work.

They refused to do service for my apt for no apparent reason. Given they are one of the few companies who does work in my building I swallowed my pride and tried to be respectful with Jerry even when he yelled and threatened me but even with that I still don’t understand why would they refuse to do service for my balcony door.

They did great job at affordable prices (I got 3 quotes.) I was referred to them by my realtor who has used them before. They came and gave a free estimate, measuring each of the windows. They then provided me a detailed estimate, which I could then compare against 2 other firms. After signing with them, they then came back about 2 weeks later and their team installed the new windows, a total of 6 that were in 4 different doors in my house that needed to be replaced. These are big door-size windows and fixing them is not a small task. The team was very focused and performed the work in about 3 hours, taking time to make sure that any questions I had were answered. The new windows look great! Thanks!

Came out for estimate on replacement. They had done another window for previous owners so called them again. Made it clear we were in a hurry as we were listing our home soon. Told multiple times over several weeks that we would hear back with estimate with one reason or another why it was not that day. We were assured it would take about 3 weeks for replacement once we got estimate and that was within our time frame, at least weeks ago. Relied on them since so many other jobs to be done on house before listing it was too difficult to keep looking for another company. Just talked to them today and was given more excuses about why it was taking so long for estimate. I said point blank do you think you can actually do this or is it beyond your ability and Jeff said no to be honest we can't do it. Why keep me hanging all this time, so frustrating! Why not man up weeks ago and admit it is beyond your scope? Don't trust them.

I looked them up online and their website says that they are open Saturdays, I drove all the way there and in fact they were not open, but it happened so that the owner was there, opened up shop for me and cut screen to size. I had a great experience and really appreciated his services. He was very friendly, showed me around the shop, and gave me pointers on my screen repair.

They were professional and on time. I thought the service was outstanding they were willing to answer questions about home rennovations. The price was fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone.

The worst experience ever - promises made and not kept, wrong parts delivered, service order was "forgotten" a couple of times, rudeness from company owner, very long response times, etc. Nothing went right - no business ethics! I would NEVER use this company again for any reason.

My experience with this company was horrible from beginning to end. The company gave me a much lower price over the phone than what I was charged. I brought the windows in for measurement and the only person at the store was not experienced enough to measure. I waited 30 minutes for the store owner to measure. He then couldn't take a full measurement because his employees took all of the thickness gauges. He had someone come to my home later to measure. I picked up the windows two weeks later, and one window cracked as soon as it was put in the frame. I took it back, and waited 5 weeks before it was repaired. The worst part was I was charged full price (another $145) for the window that was cracked. The store owner was obstinate, and refused to cut me any price break on the redo. I would never use this company for anything again.
