USA Kitchen Expo - Kitchen and Bath Remodeling

We have hire USA Kitchen Expo for our Kitchen remodeling project. They have a great showroom with real display that you can see exactly what you will receive. They are very professional with reasonable price. Their project manager and team were professional, responsive and know what they are doing.They did a great job on time. We love our new kitchen and will enjoy with family members at Christmas. We are planning to hire them again for our bathroom remodeling after the new year.

Initially they did not give me the drawing but eventually they gave me the drawing so it turned out alright. I did not use them anymore than what the deal was for.

The person who showed up was very friendly. He asked me some questions and took some notes. I received the 3D design about a week and half later even though it was promised 4 days after the service.

I called multiple times to get the drawings. I have yet to receive them.

They were easy to work with, did a great job, and they finished on time. They also cleaned up at the end of every day. I would recommend them. We are very happy with the final result.

Everything went fantastic! I cannot say enough about Dwain and USA Kitchen and Bath staff. Although they did not do the actual work, they were very invested in how everything turned out! They kept me updated on the arrival of the tile and times for pick up. The vanity cabinets arrived later than I expected but he worked with me and was able to get the fabricator for the vanity top out there as soon as my contractor installed the cabinets to measure and the top was delivered and installed within a few days! There were minor issues with the sills for the shower walls and Dwain worked his magic to get that resolved. I could not have asked for a better experience than working with Dwain, Sarah and others at USA Kitchen and Bath and their vendors! I would highly recommend them even if you do not use them for the actual work. The only reason that I did not use them was a family friend did the bathroom renovation in addition to other work in the house and it made sense to use one contractor for everything. However, they were so impressed with the service I received from USA Kitchen/Bath they will recommend their potential clients to go there for their kitchen and bath needs. Thank you to Dwain, Sarah and the other staff for being so good to work with!

The provider came up with some good ideas for a remodel and will contact me with an estimate and drawings of our discussed plan for the remodel.

Hasan, our sales person, was easy to work with despite his newness. When he had questions or needed support, his boss was quickly at our side. Both men provided outstanding customer service. Even with the coupon I had several color choices. I was also able to see the slabs from which my tops would be produced. I had a very tight time line and they were able to completely exceed my expectations. 1. Templating the spaces happened within a week of signing the contracts. They did not need to remove my countertops and there was NO disruption in my life unlike experiences with other companies. 2. The installers came out 2 weeks later. Everything was relatively quick and easy. The installers cut the holes for faucets and cooktop on site. Be sure to prepare your home for this (remove everything out of your cabinets and be prepared to wipe everything down afterwards). It generates a lot of gritty dust. it's not a big deal if you work it into the plan. That said, the holes were perfect and our cooktop is in the exact right location. 3. I HIGHLY recommend you purchase plumbing reconnect. It was SO convenient to have everything started and completed in one day. 4. I have a family of 5 and can't afford to be without a kitchen or bathroom for more than a day. This was a MAJOR driver for us other than the EXCELLENT price and selection. USA KitchenExpo exceeded our expectations. My kitchen is now beautiful for Christmas!! We are renovating our master bathroom early next year and we will be using USA kitchen expo again!

BEAUTIFUL! My bathroom turned out beautiful, and we had an excellent team helping us. In the design studio, Sarah F. helped me pick out finishes and coordinate design. The finished product looks so well designed and put together - I wish I could share photos on Angie's List! Dwain D. gave us a spot-on estimate and took his time to truly understand what we wanted. Dwain was involved in the project through the 2-3 week schedule. Sean T. was our project manager and he visited our home multiple times through the week to make sure the team was on track. We had a few hiccups. The drawer pulls we selected didn't fit the cabinet face properly, and the frameless glass shower door delayed the finished product a few days. A positive point, though, the team remained focused on customer service and worked through each "hiccup" to reach a very beautiful, well built finished product. I wish I'd spent a bit less, but I can't complain with the final outcome. If you are looking for a high-end master bathroom on a budget, I highly recommend USA Kitchen & Bath.

They were responsive but, their packaged sucked. Someone else was much better. We didn't like their final product.

Not only were the results fantastic the experience was painless. They started and were practically finished before they the official start date. I now have two gorgeous new bathrooms! Dwain was easy and fun o work with. He took care of every little detail and more!

We came across Usa Kitchen Expo at the home show and set up a time for a design consultation. Patrick showed up on time and helped us to create the most functional lay out within our budget . After visiting their showroom in Chantilly we decided to hire them . Project started on time as promised . It took 3 weeks from start to finish. Sean was the assigned project manager and he listened our needs and answered all of our questions . Crew could not be any better. They arrived on time everyday and clean up before they leave . We truly recommend Usa Kitchen Expo to everyone . You will definitely get the best customer service .

The guy came out quickly, and on time on 03/10. We spent about 45 minutes with the measurements and discussions concerning what we needed in the master bath. I was supposed to have received the plans in 2-3 days, and I had to call and email him for several weeks to get the plans. What I eventually received on 04/07 was unacceptable, not at all what I wanted or what we discussed during the original appointment, and I could have done this myself with a pencil and a ruler.

I purchased a big deal with them, and they emailed me right away to let me know that they are not licensed in the state of Maryland, therefore I was unable to work with them. I appreciated their quick response time.

USA Kitchen Expo did a complete gut, design and remodel of my master bathroom. I had 4 estimates and they were the lowest bid, but the quality of the bathroom is outstanding. While I had some ideas of what I wanted, Dwain made suggestions that really improved the outcome. The workers were committed to quality, asking for my preference for things like the height of the shower jets. At the end of each day, they cleaned up and there was not nearly as much dust as I expected. They did such a great job, at a reasonable price, that I am looking forward to USA Kitchen Expo doing more work in my house

I contacted USA Kitchen and Bath to have the wall in between two closets demolished to form one large closet, install a glass wall shower door/wall, and a sliding pocket door at the entrance of the bathroom. The USA Kitchen and Bath representative, Paul Little, visited February 23, 2015 and asked to provide time to draft the estimate of work requested but promised to get back to me in a few days, then the following week. I waited patiently, by March 14, I received a call from Paul asking "what exactly do you want us to do again? Your closet and what else?" It's hard not to wonder if this is a reflection of the responsiveness, importance, and type of work that will be placed on the work done in my home if we ever moved forward. It is possible the job simply wasn't big enough to render considerate and reliable service of just an estimate - much less for the actual job BUT if that was the case it should have been noted up front in order not to waste anyone's time.

They were extremely professional form start to finish .I explained Dwain what did not work out in my kitchen .He and his team were able to come up with a breathtaking design where I can actually fit everything I have in the kitchen . The Greenfield cabinets they offered was top of the line so far . I requested so many accessories to fit into my needs and they were able to do it all within our budget. Construction went very smooth, Mustafa stopped by everyday to check on the progress and made sure they were on the schedule . I couldn't have been happier. I am glad to hire Usa Kitchen Expo team , and I would recommend them to anyone .

We had a decent experience with USA KITCHEN EXPO team .They were on time at initial estimate and provided the quote very quickly. Their showrooms had everything we wanted to select so this made the whole process very easy. Staff was helpful and responsive. Construction crew was polite and efficient. After work was done, our bathroom really turned into what we wanted . After hearing horror stories from friends and neighbors about their remodeling experiences .We are glad that we found USA KITCHEN EXPO for our project .

Our experience with USA Kitchen Expo was incredibly satisfying . Our designer Mustafa proposed a new bathroom lay out that fits into our needs . We selected a beautiful marble tile and granite countertops within our budget . They started the project on time as agreed . We were reported about the work schedule in daily basis by our project manager . There were times we had a difficulty deciding on tile design etc.. however Dwain helped us with his experience and directed us to the right choices . We are please that we made the right decision by working with Usa Kitchen Expo .Although we were hesitant about whom to choose , these guys went over expectations to complete the project as smooth as possible . Highly recommended!

After using USA KITCHEN EXPO for our kitchen remodel last year , we contacted them again to get a quote for our master bath . Again , very responsive and customer oriented staff . We are extremely satisfied with final result . There couple things , we address to Dwain after completion and he was able get everything corrected right away . We love our new bathroom and we highly recommend USA Kitchen Expo for their continuous professionalism.

We happen to see their showroom in Chantilly while we were planning to redo our kitchen. We met Bill at the showroom and asked him all the questions and concerns we had . What we liked about Usa Kitchen Expo was the professionalism. We had two design appointments where we finalized all the selection and design details. All the cabinets arrived on time as promised and the work started . They had a very good electrician and plumber . They were both very knowledgeable about codes and requirements . Carpenter Daniel and his team did an excellent job installing the cabinet very precisely .Granite guys made sure that they everything was cut to exact sizes and fit perfect . Outstanding Service !! I can't say more thanks to David and all the Usa kitchen Expo staff . They did a wonderful job from design to completion . David was efficient and knowledge about their products and he lead us to the right material selection . We got estimates from three other companies however these guys were the least expensive and they were referred by a neighbor . Each bathroom took about a week to complete and Workers were always on time and answered all og our questions . They had a dedicated project manager who would come and chech on the work everyday . My wife and I were very happy with service we received from USA Kitchen Expo. We could not have been happier the results which was beatiful fence with gate.Staff is very professional, they did a good job in repairing our kitchen. After they cleaned everything up, and did not mind answering many of our questions.New countertop was installed with precision and quality. We appreciated the great communication and their professional attitude. You can tell that they really love their work. I highly recommend them for any kitchen remodeling project.

USA Kitchen Expo impressed me at the start with the initial phone call where I got an accurate estimate of cost and booked the work for one day later. Also, they were punctual, which I love! Reliable, hard-working, friendly and did exactly what they promised to do. Projects involved replacing cabinets (we bought them from USA Cabinets Store which is also recommended), sink, countertops, flooring and backsplash. They did all the work quickly and very well and we are very satisfied with our new kitchen. I believe that you will be pleased as well if you choose USA Kitchen Expo for your kitchen project.

They redirected us to USA Granite & Marble and USA Cabinet Store.I realized that each part of kitchen's products has separate store in this company, so everybody is expert about their job.We started out working with our designer and she was always helpful and seemed to be excited about the project. The project moved very smoothly and everything happened just said it would. They do business with integrity and customer satisfaction as their top priorities.
