They did a good job and did all the things I wanted them to do.

They were very good. I didn't go with them, but they took a lot of time giving me the quote. They were super and everything. I found them to be very fair with me. I did some research, and I called customer service. I went to the store, and they are very personable, and very professional. I wanted to use them because they are local. Their price was a little high.

United Flooring & Rug Inc were all positive. They ended up doing what I had contracted them for in a timely manner and the work was good quality.

The estimating and contracting process was straight-forward, complete, and easy. The store owner, Aric, was accomodating when, after agreeing upon a date initially, I had to delay start of the project by a week due to other work on the house not being finished. The wood was delivered 3 days before start of the project. The three-man crew started on time, worked very hard to meet my deadline, were courteous and accommodating to us and results are great! A couple transition areas took a bit of ingenuity to make them look uniform and natural (which they do now). I was so pleased with the artful improvement! A few days later we noticed three minor spots that had been damaged during install (a nick, and two small edge cracks). Aric had his lead man come by and fixed the spots to make them visually blend. We really like the floor and United Flooring!

When they came out to measure my home for the estimate, they did not measure wall to wall. They actually measured up the wall as well. I called to complain to the manager and he assured me that no one who worked for him would measure that way. He told me they would arrange for the foreman to come out and remeasure to confirm the measurements. I never again heard back from them. Also, my first appointment scheduled with United I had to cancel and reschedule. The service person did not show up for the canceled appointment, but he also did not show up for the appointment that was rescheduled. He said he did not arrive for the rescheduled appointment because he never received the message.

They did a good job. I recommend them to other people. They did a great job and I would absolutely use them again in the future.

The floors are beautiful. The stairs had 3 nail holes were covered with a putty and that stood out conspicuously. He did express a willingness to fix two other problems that were less serious, but not the stairs. The floor quality was an A but the stairs were a D.

The floor was expertly installed and blends seamlessly with existing wood floor in hallway. The workmanship is superior to the company who installed the other hardwood floors in my home and less expensive than the other company's estimate.
