Excellent. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to come by, remove the existing slab off my cabinet, and then they took back to their shop. At the end of the day, they returned with the polished cutout and installed a sink they provided. All very competitive price and fast!

Great job from start to finish. I was able to look at the exact slab of stone in person before installation. Chose a stone I knew was not on the sale list but which ended up only slightly more expensive. Everyone I dealt with was prompt and professional. Workmanship is great, and at a very reasonable cost. The service people arrived on time and left as was estimated beforehand. They neatly installed the precisely precut counter tops and all the other items as planned and explained by the proprietor, Mr. Atila Mermer, himself days before; when he dropped by in person in order give a precise estimate and accept the contract. My wife and I are usually shy when it comes to publicly evaluating performed services. However, we gladly provide it after the above described experience!

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to replace countertops, and I'm very hard to please. I have a complicated, angular kitchen layout, and the people at TR Granite got every measurement perfect, down to the millimeter. They were always polite, professional, and gave great advice on what brands to use and all the various aspects to consider (even though it took me four months to make up my mind!). The quality of the work was absolutely outstanding, and the price was the best I found after shopping around for months. I'm guessing they keep the prices down by avoiding high overhead costs, so don't expect fancy gadgets to measure your kitchen -- but it doesn't make the slightest difference in the outcome! I was also quite happy with the plumber they brought in to hook up the sink, faucet, and garbage disposal, and everything was nicely cleaned up at the end of the job.

The work was done very quickly and the result is spectacular. The personnel are all friendly, helpful, and very professional. The plumber Ahmet came 5 minutes after the countertops were installed and put in a new faucet and hooked up the disposal and dishwasher. I am very pleased with the job.

Work was great. Counters and backsplash look great. Owner was very flexible and easy to work with. Installers did a great job and were courteous, punctual and did great work.

Great experience. After picking out the granite, they were diligent about making sure they had the order specifications correct. They showed up on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with the outcome and the lightening quick turnaround time, not to mention that the price is far better than most.

This was an awesome experience. My friend recommended this company and I do too. They were fast and efficient. They worked with our current layout and helped with making adjustments and suggestions to the design layout. The countertop is beautiful and the price is very affordable for everything we got. Dealing with the owner had been a wonderful experience. He was very professional, polite and very understanding. Unfortunately, couple things that did not go well are 1. The installer who came in to install the granite seemed to be in a lot of hurry, was less polite and lacked quality. The owner had agreed that granite will be raised ¼ to ½ inch, (to allow for dishwasher clearance) seems like installed did not know this and was not willing to make the adjustment. Finally, he did raise it a bit but the spacers (between the cabinet and granite) he put in were very far apart and I was afraid that they might break or shrink overtime in due to the granite weight. Installer also did not properly caulk the gaps between the granite and cabinets and Granite and the wall. Upon speaking with the Owner, he sent someone to fix the issue. 2. The granite had a white patch/stain right next to the sink, an area which has high visibility. I wish I was told of this risk, I could have gone to the granite place to select the slab, or even with some attention at the time of finishing and sink cutout, the location of the patch in the final product could have been changed to a less visible area or could have been included in the sink cutout. Unfortunately, this issue could not be corrected. But, overall the experience was positive and I would use them again, especially due to the attitude of the owner to get the things corrected ? where he could.

If I could give an A+, I would. These guys are serious about 100% satisfaction. I am very picky and they worked with me until I was totally happy.

This was the 3rd quote that i received from different vendors so i did a little shopping around before selecting TR Granite. The 1st vendor was a friend and apparently i received the "friend" rate because it was $2K more than TR granite. The 2nd place measured and came up with a little over 55 sq ft and the cost of the job of $2800. A sink was included, but they were going to charge me $250 for the sink cutout. TR Granite came out and came up with a little over 54 sq ft didn't charge me for the sink cutout and ended up being $600 less. Additionally TR granite was the only company to give me a written estimate, all others were just verbal. The only thing they could do better was call ahead a couple of days in advance to set up the time of the appointment to install the cabinets. I did have to call to see what time they would be out, but when he said 10:30 am, they were there by 10:25 am. The two people who installed the countertops were extremely professional and I would highly recommend going with them.

TR Granite arrived professionally and on time. A complete walk through of the project was done, accurate measurements taken and several granite choices offered. I received expect help in choosing a complimenting color granite and suggestions on best sink options. Within less than a week the installers arrived and installation was completed in a timely fashion with minimal mess and disruption. The entire company from sales to installation was professional, friendly, timely and of excellent quality. I intend on using them again for other remodel projects and am currently awaiting their return to install bathroom counters. Wonderful to work with and highly recommended.

TR Granite and Stone Studio did a great job on all phases including estimation, cutting and installation. They traveled to deepest Rapahannock County without complaint. Price was wonderful - 50% of big box stores. They are lightning fast and work hard to satisfy. Highly recommended.

They were ridiculously quick. I called and left a message early in the evening and I received a call back that same night for an appointment in the next couple of days. I met with the gentleman who came and confirmed that the special deal pricing was ALL inclusive - installation, materials, removal, sink - everything but the faucet. They had a selection of 12 granite options which was quite a nice variety. He measured that meeting and we were installed in less than a week. It was so fast - which was needed! Install took maybe 2 hours, max. I had pictures taken a few days later to put our house on the market. HIGHLY recommend.

The corner they cut was not plum and they left a gap in the corner by the back splash. The dishwasher also would not close properly.

I was planning on purchasing the more expensive coupon; Atilla saved me money by working it out in a cheaper method. They were crazy fast, kind, and installed a quality product. I wish we weren't moving...
