Description of Work: Mike Ford came over, assessed the existing roughed-in plumbing and electrical, took measurements, and designed me a new full bathroom with a pump and a ceiling exhaust fan for the existing space. He e-mailed me multiple renderings of his design that I can use, and told me to call him if my plumber or electrical guy needs to move anything, and said he'll re-do the renderings for me gratis. Mike's a consummate professional. Very nice.

Description of Work: Was excited to purchase the offer for a kitchen or bath design I could use in the near future and possibly also have this company do the work. I emailed the point of contact, set a date and time to meet. The day comes and I anxiously pulled out all of my photo clippings, ready to meet the designer. No ones shows. I call the office, was told they would research and get back to me. No one returned the call. I call the next da and am told the meeting had been changed. Didn't you get the email? Uh, No and if I didn't confirm/agree don't change it. They also had my phone number. Next thing I know the designer shows up at the door and rudely tells my husband I had the date wrong. No I didn't. If I can't trust you to arrive on the date and time originally agreed to, and then blame me for your error, then this gives me a window into what working with this company would be like.

Description of Work: I purchased the Angie's List deal for Kitchen Design. The Model Home Look company reached out to me immediately to schedule an appointment. Mike came out and met with my husband and I, carefully listening to our needs and wants. He sat with us during the appt and designed a kitchen that would resolve the issues we are having with our current design. We were very impressed with Mike. He was great to work with, provided great hints and was very friendly. He was definitely an expert in Kitchen design.
