Mike was prompt and friendly. I showed him the bathroom and the closet that I wanted to get rid of, to give the bathroom some more space. After taking the measurements of the room he sat down with me and helped me come up with a design that would give me the most utilization of space. Mike was a true professional who took his time with me and made sure that I liked the ideas that he came up with. Although I had already had several other contractors who had looked at the space, Mike was the first to come up with a new design that I had not thought of nor had any of the other Contractors brought to my attention that would give it a fresh new look. Now that I have a great design, I look forward to working with Mike again in making the design come to life.

The service could not have been better. Mike arrived promptly, listened carefully and thoroughly to our concerns and withing the hour produced an excellent design for the remodel project.

Mike met with us yesterday to design a new kitchen. He was awesome to work with and we are very pleased with his design suggestions and his ability to incorporate our thoughts into the process. The design software was really fun to see in action and in a few hours we had both a blueprint and a computer rendering of our future kitchen. Definitely glad we took advantage of this Big Deal.

Mike Ford, president of the company, promptly set up an appointment with me. We met a few days later and I was very impressed. He patiently answered my questions, offered suggestions and helped me solidify my thinking about what I want in my townhouse kitchen. He came equipped with design software on his laptop and shortly after our meeting, where he measured everything, he emailed me the design he created with my input. They have many photos of finished kitchen projects on their web site, and I found one that has the color cabinets I want and is exactly the same layout as my kitchen. It’s so much easier for me when I can see a photo of a completed project, rather than selecting from a 3x3” piece of material. Mike gave me the contact info for the homeowner who graciously is letting me stop by her home next week to see her kitchen in person.

Mr. Mike Ford, President The Model Home Look, arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He listened to what our thoughts were for lighting upgrades to kitchen and bathrooms. He took measurements of the kitchen, developed a detail floor plan of the kitchen, then illustrated lighting alternatives and provided suggestions. He identified alternatives where self-performing work might be appropriate and provided ball-park estimate to give us feel for what the cost would be to implement. Once we were comfortable with the general scope, he prepared a detailed written estimate. I was concerned that once he deterrmined that we were not interested in major rework of our kitchen or bathrooms, he would loose interest and get out as fast as he could. Not the case. He paid as much attention as if this was a major renovation. We were impressed with recommendations he provided and liked his estimates for performing the work. (Note: there was no requirement or pressure to sign up for any work with Model Home Look). We signed a Contract and will be scheduling work to be perfomed in the next few weeks. This Big Deal is a Winner! I could not recommend Mike Ford and The Model Home Look more highly. Dave & Alice Alexander

Mike Ford and his team were professional and courteous and responded right away. The shower stall looks great and we are glad we took his advice to get a better quality shower door. My only criticism is I had to remind hime a couple times about fixing an area on the grout. We were so impressed with Mike Ford and his company that we have signed him on to remodel our 2 bathrooms in our residence!

It was very good, I was very happy with them. They were recommended on a site, they came out and met me. They came with the best price and seemed very good. They ended up being very good. There were a couple of little things, but they came back and fixed it. They were one of the better prices, that's why I went with them. They got the job done on time, but then it took them a little bit of time to come back and get the work done.

Mike and his crew were very professional and skilled. We remodeled almost our entire home and were highly pleased with the results. In particular, Mike did an outstanding job designing our kitchen. His crew sometimes worked late into the night to get the remodeling done and were conscientious throughout the entire contract performance. Would highly recommend.
