Keller Williams’s agent Arturas Lickunas. As senior citizens, we hired Mr. Lickunas (Art) to sell our home and to help us locate a new home in the Northern Virginia area. This was a great experience for us. One seldom finds an individual more dedicate to his profession and more willing to help, guide, offer opinion, (when asked) than Art Lickunas. We highly recommend him as a top agent for real-estate. When selling, the people he used to stage and prepare the house for photographs, at his expense, were also Top-Notch. We personnel hire the stagger to assist us in redecorating our new home. What really was the icing of the cake for us was the day they staged our house; he and his stagger, rolled up their sleeves and did all the moving accept for the very large items. The flow through for the opening was great and in 24 hours we had more than one offer and a contract resulted within 36 Hours. What a pleasure to work with such an energetic person as Art. We were very hard to please when it came to purchase another home; but, he helped us look at many more homes, I suspect, than the normal couple; and, he never failed to show homes we wanted to see, and, we saw over 40 homes in a over a four month period.
