Description of Work: Smart Choice Cleaning performed whole house carpet cleaning through a Big Deal offer with Angie's List. The crew was prompt, professional, and explained the process thoroughly. When they were finished, the carpet looked as pristine and clean as the day it was newly installed (over 7 years ago). They installed blowers to dry the carpets after the steam cleaning process because we had guests coming over the next day - and offered to leave the blowers for the weekend to make sure everything was dry before our guests arrived! We will definitely use Smart Choice again for our carpet cleaning needs and expect to use them for housecleaning services on a regular basis in the near future, given our experience with them for this effort.

Description of Work: Used the "special" price. Had one room cleaned thoroughly and 2 others traffic areas only. Company called and said tech was running a few minutes behind, but he arrived at the edge of the promised time. Tech was cooperative and friendly and worked hard. One spot did not come out. Stain guard treatment added to the cost. He verified that I was satisfied several times throughout process.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for 4 hours of cleaning with Smart Choice for $75. The cleaners arrived on time and began working immediately. My main concerns were the kitchen and bathroom, and secondary was vacuuming/dusting. The cleaners focused on these areas and did a really nice job. I think the service was a very good value for $75, but I think that was just a one time special.
