It worked out fine. They did a good job. They came in and they were professional. They did it in the amount of time it would take them to do it. It was great. I didn't have any problems.

They were very punctual and personable. Went right to work without wasting time and did a great job. Extra services were offered but they were not pushy and agreed with my decision not to as I may soon be replacing the carpet. They cleaned up quickly and were on their way. Great job.

It went okay. At first, they looked fabulous. But then as the vacuum marks started fading, I could see that some of the stains were still there, although a bit fainter than before. One stain that I was kind of surprised that was still there that I discovered when I had to move a chair in one of the rooms. It was where I had fed my very reflux-y infant. I guess in one of his 'moments', some of his spit up went over the back of the chair and onto the carpet, where it had dried. So the stain was dried and on the surface of the carpet. To me, that would be so easy to get up, especially when using liquid products to clean. And it was white on a dark carpet, so it was pretty obvious. I think part of it was, they were in and out of the house in less than an hour. I think they just kind of 'cranked it out.' Overall, it wasa decent job, and I probably would use them again, just with lower expectations and only with a low-priced deal like this one.

The last tenant was filthy and left the house a filthy mess. Didn't look like they had cleaned the entire time they lived there. SmartChoice came in and everything. All kitchen appliances inside and out. The bathrooms (removed nasty stains in the tub and shower). They cleaned all the windows and blinds. Dusted the ceilings and ceiling fans. They left the house looking great. I would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a coupon from Angie's List for $175 to have one couch and one love seat cleaned. I called on Thursday and they were able to schedule the cleaning that Saturday. I was delighted they were able to accommodate the appointment that quickly and were so easily able to fit into my schedule this close to Thanksgiving. The cleaner called when they were on the way and arrived as promised. Both gentlemen were very nice and tolerated my dog barking at them the entire visit - about an hour. They did a great job of cleaning the furniture and removed I am sure 10 pounds of dog hair. I will definitely hire them again!

The general cleaning was ok. They missed some common areas and what was cleaned was not done fully. During the cleaning an item in the house was broken. I was notified right away by Michelle and she was very helpful in getting the item replaced. The customer service was great but the cleaning was only OK.

I really appreciate how responsive Smart Choice Cleaning is. I bought a Deal through Angie's list and got a call to schedule the work a few hours later. They helped me pick a day/window where I would likely be the first job of the day (I was) so I could get to work in a reasonable amount of time. They were efficient and got out some light staining we had in the hallway. Overall, great experience!

They responded right away to let me know they don’t service my area.

Deal was to include four areas plus a HALLWAY. I used the four areas for my four bedrooms. As three of the bedrooms had much furniture still in the room the area to be cleaned was the walking area around the bed which was minimal effort and took a matter of minutes. The master bedroom was the ONLY room that had any space where cleaning was had to be performed. As to the hallway I had four runners and one 6 x 9 rug at the front door which I had planned on being my hallway space as part of the stated deal. I was told that the runners, much less space than if it was all carpeted, could not be part of the deal although the listing ONLY stated that Oriental rugs could not be part of the deal and trust me, these were not Orientals by any means. As the rugs needed cleaning and were my primary concern as that is where foot traffic is I was at their mercy and had to pay ~$200 for the five small runners and rug. I was happy with the cleaning but I felt that the rules were changed in regards to the runners/carpet as there is no exclusion of these items in the description therefore I an extremely unhappy with the total price that I had to pay for what was not that much effort. If they had performed to the words of their description I would had been completely happy, but as they did not I am a very unhappy. Maybe I should not have expected hallways, with no exclusion, not to include runners and that I had to pay extra for that.

They were right on time and did a great job. The carpeting looks new again, including the high traffic areas. We will be working with them again in our new house.

My carpets literally look brand new! I remember when I first bought these rugs and had the carpet installed as they now look exactly the same. Beautiful work! I couldn't be more pleased.

The customer service rep was very helpful. I was going to sign up for one deal and he saved me money by advising me on another! It was very convenient to be able to have both cleaning services booked and paid for in one transaction too. The crews were punctual, professional, did a good job, and provided me with feedback through the process.

Scheduled to arrive between 11am and 1pm. When I set up the appointment I told them I lived on base and would need to sign them in. They told me this wouldn't be a problem. My husband waited at the gate for them but they never showed. At 1pm he left to drive by the house and the maids were there waiting. They had gotten on base without him and did not let he or I know so that we could let them into the house. I do not know how long they were waiting. I was not there during the cleaning but I saw the house afterwards and it looked great. I will be using this company to clean my new home once I'm relatively moved in and most likely on a regular basis.

I made an apt for early- they called after 8 to say they were on their way, arrived 20 min later. Very professional, cleaned up and protected my floors and wall. Very considerate and personable.

We have been using Smart Choice Cleaning for a few months now and have been extremely pleased with the services they have provided. We always request Merva each time and she is the best! They do an excellent job cleaning and are always pleasant to deal with. We are really glad that we found such a great deal and such an awesome crew.

They did a nice job. I called them this morning, to set up a routine service for our house. They have below cost of many which are around here, and so the cost is good. It is easy to set up scheduling. The interaction this morning was good. It was pretty easy setting up and appointment and setting up a schedule.

I've been using this company for almost a year now and am very satisfied. The General Manager, John, is fantastic - he's very responsive, accommodating, and cares very much about the quality of services provided. The maids who come are always very pleasant and at least one of them always has good communication skills in the English language. They do a great job and if there's anything I feel they missed, they fix it right away.
