Description of Work: The staff sent by Smart Choice are very reliable and efficient, and do an excellent job of cleaning. We have them clean around 4000 sq. ft. of house every other week, and they send 2-3 people and are done in 1.5-2 hours.

Description of Work: I called to schedule service and was told that we are outside of their service area. (I hadn't noticed their service area map when I booked this Deal.) I emailed the company to schedule a cleaning. Michelle called me back very soon thereafter and let me know that they were not going to be able to provide service. She was very nice and very apologetic even though it was not at all her fault. I am disappointed that they aren't within our area because I found her to be very lovely to deal with, and the company is very highly rated on AL.

Description of Work: House is still dirty after 2 ladies clean for 6 hours. I came from work and saw only 1 lady working and the other lady was on the phone. They did the work slow because they want me to pay another one hour which is $95. I still don't know they have a lot good review or i was bad luck and had bad cleaners.

Description of Work: This was truly amazing! Three women showed up and did a fantastic job -- I hadn't cleaning in months (and my patio in years). In a mere three hours they did everything. I am definitely signing up for bi-weekly. I can't recommend them more strongly.

Description of Work: I used Smartchoice for several months. The cleaning was fairly consistent, but the scheduling was a mess. The people scheduling did not coordinate and I would get multiple calls for days that had been shifted by one person, but not input correctly in the system. It was obvious that the same crew was not used each month. The reason for discontinuing the service was due to the crew leaving the door unlocked two times in a row, after repeated conversations with the company about how to enter and leave the house. I was also locked out several several times , as the exit instructions were not followed.

Description of Work: I got my first house and the previous owners did the bare minimum of "broom swept" cleaning. I found Smart Choice and they cleaned the entire place up. They did a good job as the house looked much better after they cleaned it and making the house "move-in ready."

The maids are generally on timeThe first service was was outstanding! i never such such a team work the way they performed. i had a list of the tasks I expected to be done. Each maid was assigned an area. i was asked to inspect the finished work. i have used a team with at least one of the three maids being one that was familiar with my apartment. Also one maid that speaks and understands English. After about five service dates, I feel quite comfortable with this service

Description of Work: The highly professional Smart Choice Cleaning representatives conducted a cleaning of my entire home (3 floors). They were thorough, polite and exacting in the performance of their efforts. They methodically started upstairs in the bedrooms working through the bathrooms, then proceeded downstairs into the main living area and subsequently to the final floor. They cleaned completely everywhere they left. I am a very satisfied customer and plan to use this company again.

John's cleaning took years off of the look of them, and he also cleaned the four small decorative pillows for free. He was very professional and completed the job in good time. I would definitely use the company again.
