It went wonderfully. I initially found Smart Choice Cleaning via Angie'sList. I made inquiries to two company's via the AngieList email function. Smart Choice responded first (I never heard from the other people). Jenny was the respresentative who called me back only hours after my inquiry. She was professionals, nice, answered all of my questions and assured me of a discout that I would receive since I went through Angies List. She had promised an email confirmation would be sent. I am not sure if I missed it in my junk mail but I was not worried about the team showing up because Jenny was very reassuring. A day before my scheduled appointment I called Smart Choice to confirm. I spoke with Jenny again and she was very helpful. I had asked that the team call a few minutes before they arrived so that I could meet them. They followed this direction to a tee! A team of three came and they were ready to go. I showed them around some and then they were off to cleaning. The carpet cleaning team came a few hours later and the head of that team called me to confirm the work I wanted done. Once all the work was done, I received two calls (one from the office and another from the team lead) letting me know that everything was complete and that I could return for an inspection. I could have not been more happy with the results. The carpet cleaning was done perfectly and the house was as clean as could be.

They arrived, completed their work and left. They brought all their equipment and cleaning supplies and were very polite.

I purchased an "Angie's List Big Deal" for 50% off housecleaning - four man hours for $75. It was good for 3-4 months, though I used it within the first 6 weeks. The first time I called to schedule an appointment, I left a voicemail - I mentioned that I had purchased the Big Deal, was sure they were busy, that I didn't have a specific timeframe in mind, but looked forward to talking with them. This first call was not returned. When I called back after a couple of weeks, I spoke directly with Eric ... who was very helpful. I explained we had never used housecleaning services and thought this was a superb opportunity to give it a try. Eric scheduled an appointment that was very convenient to our availability for the following Saturday. I was given a two-hour timeframe in which the cleaners would arrive - they did, just toward the end of the two hour period. I did call after the first hour, because I had misunderstood that this was when they would arrive - instead I thought this was the time they would be cleaning. (As mentioned, I've never used housecleaning so I don't know if this is normal or not.) Eric was again very helpful and called the clearning crew to see when they would arrive and quickly called me back. Eric had told me when I scheduled the appointment to be sure I knew my priorities, so that they would get done within the four man hours what was most important to me. When the three cleaners arrived, I walked around with the team lead to look at the work and discuss the priorities. She did not call in to "start the clock" until they were ready to go to work. The three ladies really did an exceptional job and they worked diligently for the full time I had paid. Quite frankly, my one surprise was that I did not hear back from Smart Choice about future service. I assumed they had used the Angie's Big Deal to generate new business. When the cleaners left, we were favorably impressed and discussed we'd have to see what pricing was for regular service and if we would have them come back every few weeks. Instead, we received a "form" thank you card a month after service and we have not followed up. Certainly didn't change the quality of the service, but possibly a missed sale for them.

The company rescheduled my appointment when my landlord had failed to turn the power on-time, for no fee, which I greatly appreciated. So, they had great customer service. However, they were late in showing up for the rescheduled appointment and they left a stain on the carpet.

The cleaners worked diligently for the whole 2 hours, and the 2 (out of 3) levels of my townhouse that they completed on that day were spotless and beautiful. The only complaint is that I would have liked them to ask what I wanted cleaned before starting - they spent more time than I would have liked on making the kids' beds (not really a priority for me!) but left a whole floor plus a bathroom untouched. Maybe that's just the way it goes - you have to let them know ahead of time what you'd like them to work on? I was with my 3 kids at the time so wasn't really paying attention to the cleaners. Also to their credit they were trying to stay out of the way of the kids and I at a busy time of day. Again, great work on what was done.

They did a good job. They were fast and efficient.

I jumped on the week before Christmas. It was for four hours. The price was very good. They came as they were requested. It was good.

Their communication was excellent. I'm grading their services based on interactions prior to the cleaning because I haven't had a chance to see the final product.

They did a very thorough, efficient job. They were polite and professional. They made extra efforts to do a good job. I was very pleased with their work, and would hire them again.

The overall result was excellent. The carpets look like new. I would definitely ask them to repeat performance.

I found them on Angie's List and sent a request for an estimate. The owner phoned me within minutes and was very pleasant and flexible in discussing the details of their work, schedule, and price. Two techniciams showed up at the agreed upon time and worked for two hours. They were courteous, hard-working, and did a fabulous job -- better than any other outfit we have hired in the past. I would definitely call on them next time we need our carpets cleaned.

This company did an excellent job, the carpets looked brand new when they were done. I would absolutely use them for carpet cleaning again.

EXCELLENT Carpets are old and a light color. They have been cleaned many times over the years. This is by far the best they have looked in many many many years. John Alzubi the president of the company could not have been more accommodating and professional. I will recommend this company to everyone and anyone. They also offer move in move out services. If you lease a property and need services when tenants move out I would feel comfortable using their services.Their prices were very reasonable. Again, a great experience.

John's crew showed up before the scheduled service time to get the equipment set up. This says alot about Smart Choice Cleaning's punctuality. We had our carpets and upholstery cleaned and I have to say they did a terrific job. The carpets actually looked brand new and they are about five years old.

The team arrived on time, were cheerful and professional, brought their own supplies, and went above and beyond.
