I set up to have the house cleaners come in at 8 AM followed by the carpet cleaners at 11 AM. The house cleaners showed up promptly at eight and went straight to work. They did an impeccable job especialliy in the kitchen. They also finished early and called the carpet cleaners so they could move up their schedule to match. The carpet cleaners arrived shortly after. They too did and excellent job removing several stains that I did not honestly think would come out.

They did very well. I like them for the move out cleaning. their was a little bit of miscommunication because I thought the carpet cleaning and then the deep cleaning would come but it the carpet cleaning was then the deep cleaning came the nest day so I didn't like that I had to come back and forth to let them in the house.

Very happy with them. Extremely punctual and efficient. A very good value. The carpets looked great. The house was in very good order when they left.

Scheduling and appointment was easy. The crew of 3 arrived punctually and immediately got to work. The team did a great job. My home was in need of a good dusting and cleaning, and the team achieved the goal. They even got a few stains out of my bathroom facilities that I didn't even this was possible. They did thorough job in the kitchen and dusting was meticulous across my home. I would use the company again if the non-big deal price is right.

The two gentlemen who came to perform the service were on time, courteous and professional. They explained the cleaning process and what I could expect. Our house has four twenty somethings living in it and a dog and a cat and the carpets had not been professionally cleaned in four years. We have been using a home machine only. They did a great job. The carpets look so much better that one of the twenty somethings keeps saying, 'It looks like a new house!'

By comparisson, the price is a bit high but we thought that they did a great job. They were quick, and very detail oriented. Will definetly hire them again.

Smart Choice participated in an Angie's List Big Deal with a couch and a loveseat cleaned for $125. I don't have a loveseat, but they were willing to clean two chairs instead for the same cost. They were on time, cheerful, and finished the work in a reasonable time. The furniture looked great when it dried.

Overall I was pleased with the service. I appreciated the care that was taken to protect my painted door trim by using corner protection.

Booking the appointment was easy and the crew did a great job! They took care to understand my cleaning priorities and were very thorough. They house smelled very fresh and not like harsh cleaning products. I was happy they were able to come out on a Saturday morning too. I would definitely consider using them for a biweekly service.

Smart Choice Cleaning did a phenominal job. They arrived earlier than expected and began right away. They were informative every step of the way. We had some high traffic areas that they went over twice. We did not stay to watch them (didn't think it was necessary). Hector contacted me to let me know how long it would take and contacted me again where they were done. The transaction was handled with ease. Love the work they did! Would definitely use them again and recommend them to a friend!

Overall, I was impressed with the professionalism of Smart choice. They came exactly on time and where even able to squeeze in a cleaning of my sofa on short notice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their house cleaned.

Were scheduled to arrive between 10 and 12. Arrived about 1015. The cleaning techs were very pleasant. They cleaned the designated areas quickly and efficiently. When I called to make the appointment, it was stated that they would not move heavy furniture. OK. However, their definition of heavy differed from mine. I had to request that they move a table or chair a few times. The techs would do so with good grace. The price and quality of work was as good as was desired, and maybe even better than expected. All in all, I am VERY pleased with the appearance of my carpet and will happily call them again when I have the remaining rooms cleaned.

Service representatives were within the 4 hour alotted window. Actually, they were within 15 minutes of the initial time provided. House was a foreclosure and although not terrible, needed a deep cleaning of all carpets before we moved in. The reps were friendly and very thorough. The carpets are well worn and had stains that we did not expect to come out. Well, they wee successful in removing them. Would definitely recommend their services.

As a result of heavy rain, water backed up from a drain and flooded our basement on September 8. Neighbors with a pump and a shop vac helped us get the standing water out, but the wall-to-wall carpeting in the family room, which takes up the finished part of he basement, was soaked. We called Smart Choice Cleaning; and John, the proprietor, came out the next day to assess the situation. He quickly brought in heavy-duty equipment and personnel to extract water ( a lot of it!) from the carpet. Subsequently he had fans and a large dehumidifier set up to hasten the drying process. John and his crew worked tirelessly straight through the weekend to take care of our problem. When we decided that we wanted to get rid of the carpet, John came in on Sunday and pulled it up (having to move furniture in the process) and came in the next day to haul it away. We couldn't have been more satisfied with Smart Choice Cleaning's performance. Their positive attitude towards what had to be an onerous job helped us deal with what was, for us, a traumatic experience. From start to finish their work was exemplary. Moreover, their charges were eminently fair. We'd give the company our highest recommendation.

I was extremely pleased with my experience considering my decision to get our carpets done was literally last minute. After going back and forth for hours with friend recommendations and yelp reviews of an overwhelming number of options, it finally dawned on this lady (me) that she has an Angie's List account and she should utilize it! I decided on Smart Choice and called at 4:54 PM on a Friday fully expecting for no one to answer the phone. To my surprise, someone actually picked up! It wasn't someone reluctantly answering because they had to, it was a warm friendly woman who was completely happy to help me even though she was minutes from walking out the door to go home and enjoy her weekend. I told her about my medium sized areas that needed cleaning and that the work had to be done immediately, knowing that this request was definitely wishful thinking. Without any judgement or questioning of why I didn't call sooner, she happily checked the schedule to see if there was a available window to squeeze me in as soon as possible. To my luck, she recalled that there was a customer that had asked her to move their appointment back two hours for the next morning and she was able to have the service preformed the next day at 9AM. Not only did she help to squeeze me in, she reminded me that they had a $99 special for 3 areas when I was fully expecting to pay $150 and told her so beforehand. On Saturday, Willy and Carlos arrived a little before 9 and they were just as friendly and professional as the woman that answered the phone. (I regret that I didn't write down her name so I could put it here) The gentlemen took the time to really give my carpets a thorough cleaning, including extra time for closets which had seen many years of shoe debris from the previous owner. They did not leave a mess, their hose did not knock over anything in the downstairs from careless yanking either, (happened to me before with a favorite statue) and the carpets came out fabulous! As corny as it sounds, Smart Choice really lived up to their business name. I am so happy I called SC and that I had Angie's as a reliable resource to help me find them.

We used our Big Deal and everything was fantastic. They are professional and our apartment is as they could get it.

I had an outside stairwell drain back up and flood my basement. I called Smart Choice since I had used them before for carpet cleaning. They showed up quickly and extracted the water, removed the padding and left fans in place to help with the drying. They came back after several days to replace the pad, check if anything else needed to be replaced and then cleaned and protected the carpet. While they were on site they also clean my kitchen tile. They did an excellent job and the price was very reasonable considering the amount of work and the short notice.

They came on time, very professional, honest, and told me that they might not be able to get the stains out and smell. They gave me the option once they told me that they couldn't promise to get rid of everything.

The 2-man team arrived early but only after a phone call to make sure that it was OK to do so. (What a refreshing change from contractors being habitually late!) The team lead did a visual check to confirm the telephone estimate, then explained the spot areas in the carpet that most likely were beyond recovery but they would do their best. And they did do their best. The attention to detail was impressive, to the point of ensuring that heavy chairs which they moved were placed onto foam lift pieces so neither the chairs nor the carpet were damaged from the wetness. When a family member pointed out a hidden 1'x1' section of carpet in an oddly shaped room that we all missed until they were almost ready to leave, they were more than willing to hook the truck back up and do it. I declined because that little area is never used and didn't need a steam clean.At the end of 2 hours, the carpets and stairs were better than i could have hoped for - and if you saw my teenagers' rooms along w/ the traffic path to them, you'd be impressed, too. Great value for the money, no worries, and my carpet looks wonderful again. I even received a telephone follow-up from the office a day or two later to ensure that everything was Ok. I am now scheduling Smart Choice for housecleaning because it's so refeshing to work with a company that provides quality service both in the office and in the field. Using this company, I might be able to take longer to save up for a better carpet..

They do a good job and they are less expensive then everyone else.

They were very, very good. They did a beautiful job.

I was moving out of a two bedroom, two bath apartment and Smart Choice did a "move out" cleaning as well as carpet cleaning for me. I had lived there almost 7 years, and although I had done my best to clean when moving, and actually thought I had done a fair job. When I returned to see what Smart Choice has done - I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't realize what spotless looked like! The cleaning service was very thorough - the frig looked like new, they cleaned behind it..and the bathrooms - excellent. I am impressed with their service and would use them for any kind of cleaning. If they're this good on a move out, I'm sure they're just as good for regular cleaning. My carpet was old/worn in the apartment - still is - but, they did a very good job of getting out the dirt and some stains that were there. I highly recommend them.

They did a good job with our move-out clean. The carpet was cleaned and now looks brand new.

I liked that they were extremely professional. They gave me a very good quote. They actually asked me as to how big the house was unlike few other companies who just asked for the number of rooms and charged you for everything apart from the hallway. They were very thorough. They counted all the steps and everything. Their estimate was spot on and they gave me the discount that they advertised on the website as I was a member on Angie's List. They called me the day before to say that they were finished and it was all set. They coordinated with the landlord because I was not going to be there. They did that just fine and I was very happy with them.
