They are bonded, insured, and cleared. They do a great job! They are fast. I have about five bedrooms and about three people come to do the service. They came at about 8:15 and left around 10:15. They steamed floors, vacuumed, dusted, and cleaned top to bottom. They call ahead to remind me of the appointment. They are very good!

Smart Choice did a nice job. I've been through a few different companies in the area over the past 6 months, and this one was the best to date. They arrived on time and finished on time. They kept to the quote of $170 for 6 man hours, and everything was completed to my satisfaction. Very good job at a reasonable rate - finally!

I found Smart Choice here on Angie's List and called Lisa the week of 7/16. She was so nice and easy to deal with. We set up an appointment for 7/26. I have to be honest - we are not the most diligent people with cleaning. We work full time and have a toddler and two cats and like to spend our weekends doing fun things. The team had their work cut out for them! We couldn't believe the difference when they were done. They cleaned things we didn't even think about. They got our son's bathtub marker stains out of the tub, and the kitchen was just shining! We just hope we can keep it up now. If not, we won't hesitate to call them back for a touch up! We will most likely use them again once we move out (for this house and the new one). Very impressed!

Smart choice team was friendly, professional and very thorough! We recently moved out of our home and are preparing it for renters. The ladies deep cleaned kitchen cabinets and bedroom closet drawers better than I would have! And cleaned our basement laundry room. They even did windows! Excellent experience and I would definitely recommend Smart Choice cleaners!

Overall, I would use them again, the cleaning ladies were very thorough.

The ladies arrived within the promised time window. They asked a few questions, went to work and accomplished more in two hours than I have in two years. I could not be more pleased.

This was my first experience with having cleaners come to my home. I was very excited to get the tough spring cleaning completed, but unfortunately had to reclean a lot of what the cleaners supposedly worked on. I confirmed that this was a DEEP cleaning job before they arrived, when they arrived and while I was asking about touch-ups. I thought I might be a bit picky, but leaving a ring in the tub confirmed I wasn't. I could list quite a few items which they had said they cleaned, but clearly hadn't. To say I was dissatissfied would be putting it lightly. I had to go back and do the real cleaning once they left. What I would like to say in all fairness, I was treated professionally when I called the manager. She apologized and offered to send out another team. I was so unhappy with the time I had to take off of work to then have to clean myself, I declined on having another team of cleaners. In the end I was offered a $60 refund. My house was somewhat cleaner then before the cleaners arrived so I thought a full refund was not necessary, but the refund could have been more. I was happy that I didn't just get a brush off.

The cleaners were slightly late to arrive (about 30 mins outside of a 2 hour arrival window -- the company offered me a discount and apologies, so I am willing to accept that this was a one-off). After they arrived, everything was great. My place had been a disaster since I moved in and I can't get over how clean and wonderful it is now. It would have taken me more than a day to do this much cleaning on my own and it would not have been as thorough or good a job. The cleaners themselves were pleasant and professional in demeanor.

From the first phone contact to the van backing out of the driveway they were professional, thorough, prompt, flexible and delightful to work with. They took care to not track dirt into the house. They put extra effort into removing spots that other cleanings had left behind. They answered questions we asked about care of fabric. They did not hesitate to accept the Angie coupon. They made good use of the internet to inform us of cancelation policies and other important details that may have been forgotten if delivered over the phone. I recommend them without hesitation.

All services from estimation to actual work were done in a timely and professional manner. Good phone communications and friendly service people made this an easy does it experience. Would definitely use their services again.

The team did a great job. Their estimate for the cleaning (about 600 total sq. feet of carpet, including two flights of stairs) was 10-20% lower than most of the other companies I contacted (and less than half the rate that one company offered). There were no hidden fees - the price they quoted was the price I paid. The cleaning job the team did was excellent. I had not realized how light the carpets were supposed to be. I lived in the condo with my dog for almost 2 years, and even with a regular cleaning service, the carpets had apparently collected quite a bit of dirt. By the time they were done, you wouldn't have known there was ever a dog living there. The only downside to my experience with Smart Choice was in the scheduling and timing, but I can't blame them for it. In my effort to get a number of estimates, by the time I confirmed with Smart Choice my planned date/time for having the carpet cleaning done was not available. They were able to schedule me for a 2-4pm window the following day, and the team arrived about 40 minutes early to start work. Normally the early arrival would have been greatly appreciated; however, it did create a bit of a problem as I was still dealing with the cable installation at my new place, about 15 minutes away. The cleaning team was very understanding about my situation, and they waited for me to get back to the condo to let them in. After they finished, they were also very patient and waited for me to fight my way through traffic to get back to do a walk-through inspection with them and lock up after they were done.

First, I don't usually write feedback (my first Angie's list post) but the cleaning crew really did a terriffic job. We put off using a cleaning crew because we don't like strangers in our home. That said, the ladies from smart choice were very professional and went about their work - and their work is good. My wife and I would need a month of Sundays to complete what the four person team did in a little over two hours - KUDOS! It's nice to see that in today's world some companies still "get" customer service and are capable of providing a quality product. They are thorough.

They did a great job got 75% of the filtration stains out of the loft area which is very impressive for 10+ year old carpet. The workers were very professional and walked thru the results with us (and showed us the process they were using on filtration and that they tried to get all)Very pleased with results. Quoted price was what was charged.

Four people arrived, split up to three floors and did a great job of cleaning my home. My place hadn't been professionally cleaned in years so there was a fair amount of dirt, dust & grime (not to mention a ton of dog hair) . They were efficient and friendly. Will definitely use them again!

The first time they came they did a great job. They were done quickly and everything was clean. I called to get cleaning this month and they were able to fit me in at the last minute. When they came out this month, it was a different group. They did not do as great of a job. There were things left unclean. My lamps were only cleaned in the areas that were visable. The kitchen shades were not cleaned on the backside. I am calling them to come back out to finish the job. I would like to have the people I had the first time.

I was disappointed with the service. When I booked the appointment, I was told that a move-out cleaning includes "everything", top to bottom, inside & out. The only thing they don't do is clean behind the washer/dryer, stove & refrigerator, which I was ok with. When the cleaning crew arrived and I asked the lead person how long it was going to take, her response was "no longer than 45 min to 1 hr, because we have another appointment to go to". While I understand that the cleaning crew has multiple appointments in a day, my appointment shouldn't suffer because they didn't allow sufficient time between appointments. Clearly the appointment took longer because they had to go back and clean the appliances and I found other dirty areas after they left.

Nobody's perfect, but this crew is pretty close. I picked this company from Angie's List for their reviews and a good deal: 6 hours of cleaning for $125 (3 cleaners x2 hours). I needed to have the entire house cleaned following a dirty bathroom remodel, and boy did they. Carmon's crew was fast, efficient, and cheerful. They arrived on time, asked some details of what I wanted them to focus on, and got to work. During the cleaning, I called the office and authorized some extra time so the crew could clean the exterior glass of my removable windows. The company did not charge me for the extra 15 minutes! I had to reschedule with the home office 3 times due to construction delays, but the call takers were always so polite and understanding. "Lisa" even got to know me by name. These ladies gave me my home back! I will definitely use them again in the future.

They work was substandard. When they started, the surface was fine. However, the dust was more moved than removed. A small appliance was broken and other minor issues. I chose not to work with them again. However, the carpet cleaning was terrific!

The crew was a little late and because of that they offered me a free scotch guard protection service which was much appreciated since the property is a rental so we'll be needing as much protection as we can get! I left the key to the apartment with them and went about my business and when I came back the next day to inspect what they had done, I was extremely pleased. All the stains that I thought were not going to come out were literally gone. The crew was courteous and professional. I could not have asked for more.

These gals were like a NASCAR pit crew. Arrived precisely on time, they worked quickly and efficiently and whenever a task was done they let us gauge what it was we wanted completed next given our two-hour time-limit. We bought the Big Deal from them and would absolutely use them again. Very pleased.

They do a pretty good job. They did cancel an appointment this week. They normally send three people to our home to clean. They don't miss things that should be cleaned.

Well. They performed most of the work after I left for work. I appreciated that I did not have to stay and miss work. The house was tidy and carpets cleaned when I returned.

We used the available discount coupon to hire this service to clean the home of my elderly neighbor while she was in the hospital. It was a truly difficult job and the ladies that came to clean spent three hours and did a super job from top to bottom. The appointment was scheduled promptly, they arrived on time, and as far as I could tell from stopping by periodically, they worked hard and did a thorough job.

I spoke with the owner to get a cleaning of my one bedroom condo. They quoted a price and were very quick and responsive with the bid. They were supposed to call us letting us know when they would be here; I had to repeatedly call to find out when they were arriving. They did not have my full address in the system which I had already given them. When they did arrive my wife instructed them as to what needed to be cleaned. When I came to inspect them during the middle of their cleaning they were looking pretty good cleaning the appliances. When we did the final inspection at the end they chose not to clean the floor. They also damaged my washer and dryer; the tube for the ventilation was damaged in moving it and they only cleaned half of it. I am very disappointed. The response from the company was that they would take their 8 hours off; when I asked if that was the best that they could do their response was that they would lose their job. So I am very disappointed with the execution of the service; the job quality was not done well. I would not recommend them for future business.
