Excellent job cleaning light colored carpet in 2 story home, which included applying pre-treatment and stain guard. Carpet appeared to be seriously worn in many areas; however, the cleaning service revived the texture and provided more life for the carpet. Yohance and team were friendly, courteous, timely, and provided advice for removal of spots such as cola, plant water overflow, and food stains. The team worked efficiently throughout the house and performed quality work in all areas. Highly recommend Smart Choice Cleaning and would hire them again.

The Smart Choice Cleaning team was amazing! We were entertaining from 25+ and needed the place to look amazing. Smart Choice sent to maids over and in what seemed like no time the house was spotless. From the entertaining event we need some wine stains removed from a carpet. Smart Choice was there the next day and I can't even tell you where the stain was anymore. We now have Smart Choice come by monthly.

After Smart Choice ladies was in my apartment they left it really clean and smelling, was the first time I use a Cleaning company and I have a excellent service and definitely I recommended Smart choice Cleaning company friends and neighbors. I will used again.

These guys were awesome! On very short notice before Christmas, I had them come out and clean the carpets on my stairs, living room a couch, pillows and bedroom. They came out the next day and cleaned a VERY dirty house (think single mom, 23 year old with bathroom that hasn't been cleaned in years) and did a superb job - just hours before my guests arrived (I could have planned better)! The clean from ceiling to floor - light fixtures, walls, baseboards, microwave, oven - *everything*!!

The experience could be summarized as - price bumped up much, much higher than it was quoted, the jobs performed didn't prove quality as advertised, the technicians damaged two areas of the house, (to-date, we are still working on clean up the mess they made), and the result of the level of cleanness weren't as nearly good as we had expected. In details - the person to set up appointment and provide estimate was polite, courteous and professional. We provided exact room dimension based on original floor plan (by builder) so we believed the estimate to be very close to accuracy. The technicians showed up, spent the first half an hour on walking-through, telling us the house to be bigger than they thought and some tiling areas were clean enough not need to be cleaned, and eventually bumping up the price nearly double of the initial quote. Initial quote included cleaning all carpet, cleaning tiling in all bathroom and kitchen, and it was about $750. When they showed up, before doing work, they said there were three walk-in closets they weren't aware of, so the price needed to go up. I asked about sanitization, they added $200 to it. Then they eliminate the entire master bathroom cleaning because "it was very clean, not need to do it, so was part of hallway bath (also "clean enough"). So with the adjustment of areas to be cleaned and added sanitization, they quoted me at $1200. I told them it was way too high and bargained down to $1000. They agreed. All these negotiating took the first half hour of time since they arrived. The technicians started to work. I tried to stay out of their way when they do the work. By the time they came to the main level, I was able to see them performing work - I was quite disappointed because it looked more a quick brushing the metal head of the vacuum over the carpet, than holding the head down to suck the dirt out of the carpet. Before we hired the work, we watched Youtube about how the truck-mounted hot water carpet cleaning was done. How the technicians from Smart Choice cleaned our carpet were not anywhere near what it showed in the video. I wondered if my carpet was actually cleaned based on how quick and "gentle" their quick brushing were! While doing the runners on the main staircase by the foyer, they damaged the wooden steps of the floor. This took another half an hour spent on the phone with their office. The office manager asked the technicians to take pictures of the damaged steps so they would discount it. The manager offered me $100 off because "there were only three steps". There were actually seven steps and two of them had larger damages than others. I don't know why the technicians only show partial of the damage to the office. Later, while cleaning the tiles in kitchen, the technician showed me some surfacing materials came off on the grout and asked if I wanted them to continue. The surfacing materials looked like type of paint to paint over grout line. I was fine to remove those as long as the floor was clean. What I didn't know was - when they were done and I looked into the kitchen, many tiles grout actually crumbled and all came off!! The kitchen floor was damaged because the grout came off and all crumbled all over the floor. Plus there was excessive water sitting on the tile floor. It looked like a disaster. By then I wondered if the technicians were tired and just wanted to leave. They didn't bother to clean up, or such away using their machine, those excessive water. They just started to put way equipment and ready to leave. I actually had to ask them for a towel or something to at least wipe it. By then the office manager insisted to either offer $100 discount, or send someone back to fix the damage they made. I prefer not to work with this company again and I just wanted this to be done, so I accepted the $100 discount and sent the technicians on their way to next house. So we spent $900 with result of carpet and tiles that we didn't feel freshly clean, and damaged kitchen tile grout and chipped foyer wooden steps. Lesson learned!! As for house cleaning, they charged us by hours and again, it didn't feel as freshly cleaned as our regular maids' work. We thought we would hire "professional move-in cleaning" to move in the new house, but I think our regular housecleaning ladies did a better job. The charge is 3 times more than my regular maids. Again, lesson learned!!

This was a $125 big deal purchase. They did a fine job. Nobody cleans the way I do. They could have dusted a bit more thoroughly. Their deals are always good. I think it would have stuck in my head if they hadn't shown up on time.

There maid service is excellent, it is so nice to come home to a freshly cleaned home.

They did a pretty good job and I think it was about $500. It was okay. The housecleaning wasn't really as I expected. I had to, kind of like, clean the refrigerator and the bathrooms again myself. I do not think they did as good as they could have done. They also did not do the drawers in the kitchen. The carpet cleaning they did a good job. I probably would not use them again for housecleaning. They were kind of far from where I am. I would use them again for carpet cleaning.

The service went well. There weren’t any problems. I think the price was reasonable. The workers seemed okay. They did not really associate much. They just sort went out to work. They could just maybe have a better communication when they get on site to talk through everything. They are fairly decent. I would recommend them to a friend. Since I have moved, I do not think I would use them again because they do not service my new area.

In the end it turned out okay but I didn't have the most pleasant experience and at the time I was to upset to go in and put an Angie's List review in there. The client came in and during there cleaning process broke a window then claimed that it was already broken when they arrived to clean the sight. In the process I was just about to close on the house two days from that point. I had to go through all this drama and finally got there management on the phone and then the person that was on sight recanted there story and said that they didn't know how to open the window so they yanked it and broke it. So they ended up paying us to get it fixed so it was a whole drama that was not necessary but I would not be using them again. They were going to charge me the initial service fee that they had set up front but they discounted that to cover the cost of the window repair. In the end I felt, you know, they had done right by us but the process to get there was not pleasant, not necessary. The price was okay. I don't have trust in the people that they are hiring and I told the manager that they need to screen there employee's a little bit better. English was not the primary language, which normally is not an issue, but the person, because they were fearful of losing there job went to great lengths to lie and only when pressed by there management did they tell the truth. I don't have confidence in the people they hire so I probably say no I wouldn't hire them.

The carpet looks good. Was able to remove some bad stains. The cleaner was reasonably professional. Not super impressed but not really complaining.

They did a super job. There were some spots to clean as well as general overall cleaning. It was well done, spots removed. Professional work and attitudes. They worked on 2 flights of stairs, some extra carpet runners, hallways. They kept to their promised timeframe. They gave us some good tips on caring for the carpet.

We had our floors refinished in our house, they did a good job but left some dust behind. smart choice came in and did a fantistic job cleaning everything up for us.
