Not great. If this was a regular cleaning, then fine; however, I purchased the move-in special, and, therefore, expected a "deeper" clean. Baseboards and windows were largely ignored, and while the surface cleaning was fine, there was no attempt to perform a true "move in" clean. Disappointed.

The team of two arrived on time, were professional and quick, and left the old carpet looking much better than I expected it could look.

They worked us in on very short notice and coordinated maid service cleaning followed by carpets to get it all done within a two hour window. They arrived when promised and finished on time. Very thorough cleaning. THey got acrylic tub cleaner than I thought would be possible.

It went pretty well. They did what they were asked to do. I wouldn't give it the highest rating, but I would give it the second highest. They did a pretty good job. They were courteous and they showed up. They were a little bit late, but she called. All in all they were pretty good. We got a discount because of Angies List. For me the price seemed a little bit high. They quoted us a biweekly cost and we opted not to go with it, it seemed a little high.

The Smart Choice cleaners arrived over 90 minutes late. I did not receive a call from the office because they apparently wrote my phone number incorrectly. Once the cleaners arrived, I gave them a tour of my home to provide details for what needed to be cleaned. I received some attitude and was told that they simply clean everything. They spoke in Spanish and laughed at me for pointing certain things out to them. The previous owner left the home quite filthy and my wife and I were hoping for a full, top-to-bottom cleaning. This did not happen. Even after I asked the cleaners to please be sure to clean certain areas, they did not clean them. The one in charge gave me attitude whenever I asked that certain things get cleaned. My wife and I had to clean everything properly once they left. They even stayed an extra 30 minutes, which I paid for. But this was money down the drain. The floors were still filthy, lighting fixtures were covered in dust, closet shelving had dead insects, and most blinds were still dusty, just to name a few. Because the cleaners were late, when the carpet cleaner arrived, he also gave me attitude because some of our belongings were on the floor of one of the rooms to be cleaned. He treated us as if this was our fault that HE was inconvenienced. The cleaners had told me they wouldn't vacuum the carpets because we had paid for carpet cleaning. Well, the carpet cleaner didn't vacuum them, either. He went right to the wet cleaning. I figured this was how it's done, so I didn't protest. However, the carpets still reek of the previous owner's pets and they are still full of pet hair. What a waste of money!!! I paid about $350 for about $3.50 worth of work. I feel cheated.

Cleaning was mediocre at best - - Care was not taken with personal items and wood furniture was damaged. Administrative coordination with the scheduling office was not good. Twice they showed up when services were not scheduled and the tone and tenor was that it was my fault. In one instance, I had called in advance to cancel in the other, they showed up on a non scheduled day to make up for a holiday. This had not been communicated or coordinated in advance and they were not authorized entrance.

I feel very comfortable using there service to clean my house when I am not home.

I was expecting two professional cleaners for two hours. Instead I was surprised with one professional cleaner and two cleaners "in training" for two hours. They were very polite and professional; however, the cleaning left a bit to be desired. In fact, after they left I went behind them and did some additional cleaning. I will admit my home has quite a few rooms; but I was expecting them to do a thorough job with what they did clean. They went over by one-half hour and I was charged an additional $47.50 (discounted when I questioned the time with the trainee's learning the job). This was my first time contracting to have my house cleaned by someone other than myself. I know better now to have an estimate provided on what they can actually clean within the time alloted.

They brought out a 2 person team, but I was expecting them to bring out more employees for someone who was looking for their service to clean the house before a move. They had a special going on for 2 hours for $159.00, but then I had to pay $95 an hour after that. They were nice and polite. Even though I paid for an extra hour, they still were not able to finish all that I wanted them to do.

They were smart, attentive, and polite; they showed a great deal of experience, excellent professionalism and composure. I asked them to rearrange the kitchen cabinets which, through neglect had become a mess. This they did quickly and sensibly.

They did a very good job. When they took the stove apart to clean it and put it back together, the vent doesn’t work properly, but other than that everything was good.

The crew showed and cleaned my carpet and did an excellent job. they moved what needed to be moved and cleaned the entire carpet. it looks like new.

They do standard house cleaning and change the linens on the bed.

They arrived on time, on a short notice and cleaned the house impeccably. We had a party at my daughter's house and I promised to have a great company clean her house afterwards! And that is exactly what happened. She called them on a short notice and they were able to come the same day and did a spectacular job. I would hire them again!

I liked their professionalism, and they were up front with the costs. Their follow-up was great, and they sent an Email with all the expectations. They asked us if we were satisfied with the service before they charged our credit card. Overall very good company.

Cleaning was as described and comprehensive.

The carpets looked fantastic after they left the gentlemen they sent were professional, respectful, and quick.

All of the Smart Choice employees I was in contact with, whether on the phone or at my home, were courteous, professional, and diligent. I was especially appreciative of how accommodating they were in spite on my last-minute call for service. The carpets, some of which are 17+ years old looked and felt great after being cleaned. When I need carpet cleaning services again I will definitely contact Smart Choice.

Cleaning services were good. I had purchased a Big Deal coupon for a certain amount of cleaning time. I explained to the cleaners that I wanted them to concentrate on the kitchen (cabinets, refrigerator, oven) and three bathrooms and if they had extra time, they could do other cleaning. They did not do that and proceeded to clean the floors, baseboards, blinds, etc. Had to buy an additional 1/2 hour at regular cost in order for them to finish kitchen.

They did a great job, and I was completely satisfied.

Where do I begin? I was told the maids would be by to clean anytime between 12-2pm. They did not show until 3:30pm. I called at 1:50pm to find out where they were, and the owner, John, told me that he had messed up and there was a scheduling issue with one of the drivers that led to their being late. When I spoke to John at 1:50, he first said he needed to check my account in their system and he would call me back in a few minutes. 15 minutes later, I had still not heard from him, so I called back. i was then told they'd arrive around 2:15. At 3pm, I called back, because they had still not shown, and John told me he did not know why. In his defense, he did end up sending an entire extra crew to help clean. However, I had an appointment out of town at 5pm that I needed to be at. Had the cleaning crew arrived on time, I would have made the appointment with plenty of time to spare. Because they showed up so late, I got stuck in an amazing amount of traffic, and completely missed my appointment. The carpet cleaners arrived at 3:30pm, toward the end of but in the specified time of 2-4pm. They did a fine job on the carpets. The cleaners, however, did not do a very good job, despite a second crew, and five total women, cleaning my house. Because they showed up so late, they were obviously rushing to get it done as quickly as they could so the carpet crew could begin steam-cleaning the carpets. I arrived back in town that night around 1am, and went over to the townhouse to check it out. The landing when you first walk in was dirty, the kitchen counters seemed like they had not been wiped down, and the shower/bathtubs did not look clean. And, to top it off, THEY LEFT THE STOVE ON. We have an electric oven and stovetop, and the center portion is a warming section. When I walked through the house at 1am, the stove was ON. It had been on since they left the house around 4 or 5pm. Obviously, this is 100% inexcusable. In addition to it being a huge potential fire hazard, electrical heating is unbelievably expensive. I called and left a message the next day, and didn't hear back, until I got a generic call on Monday asking how my service was. Needless to say, I will never use this company or any of their services ever again, and I will absolutely encourage people to not use them either. UPDATE: To their credit, they did contact me and offer me a refund for the full price of the cleaning, which I accepted. I received a check from them the following week. While I was obviously not pleased with their services at all, it was the right thing for them to do, and I greatly appreciated it.

Team arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently; friendly but stayed task - focused. Worked with me to stay inside my time window.

They cleaners arrived on time and were through. It was a good experience.
