Excellent job. The staff were very nice and professional. The house looked very clean after they were done. I was very pleased with the results.

The crew arrived early and were ready to go. They were good about keeping me updated on their arrival. Two spoke English fine. I showed one around the house. The main thing I wanted was for them to clean the inside area of my windows, b/t the screen and the window. I have a problem with spiders, so I needed some help. I knew they couldn't clean the outside, but hoped they could take care of all the spider webs. They did a good thorough job. They got started right away and didn't slow down till it was done. I was very happy with the work. As for the windows, they did a great job with cleaning the lower half of the windows, but didn't clean out the webs of the upper half of windows. She explained they couldn't fit the vacuum hose up far enough. I realized they couldn't open the top of the windows. I was going to offer to open them, but they already had packed up the equipment and didn't feel comfortable asking them to clean more. It was the only part I found disappointing.

They did a good job and were very thorough. They were also quite timely.

It went very well. I would definitely use them again.

Smart Choice lived up to their name. They were professional and communicative, and followed up with me the same day I contacted them for service. The cleaners didn't balk at the condition of the home or our 3 barking dogs. They removed well-water water stains that were years in the making. I did provided bleach-based cleaners and CLR since they do not use bleach. I was perfectly fine with this. They worked tirelessly for 4 hours. The manager followed up with me that same day to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. The short of it - I will be using them again for our townhouse. I highly recommend Smart Choice to anyone in need of a cleaning service! A+ provider!!!

They cleaned very well and were very nice.

The two wojmen were on time, called ahead to say they were on their way. They took 2 hours and didn't stop during the allotted time. Spotless bathroom and kitchen. Excellent dusting and vacuuming in other rooms. Very thorough. Nice women. Friendly but not chatty. They were focused on their work. Would recommend to anyone who can afford $95 per hour. They do have special deals as I had today.

They came over and did the work. I have a condo and the machine they had did not get hot enough for the job that I needed done. Maybe if I owned a home it would have been different. They were responsive and timely, but their equipment could not handle a multi-level condo for tile cleaning.

They were extremely professional and both the cleaners and rug cleaners were excellent as well as very proactive. The hardwood looked fantastic after they were done cleaning it. Just a great experience all around.

Great deal. They showed up on time and sent a team of three women. They did an excellent job and it is a great value. Kitchen and baths were spotless and everything smelled fresh. Great team.

They didn't get to all of the rooms I had hoped but the cleaning they did finish was done very well (better than other cleaners I have used) to the point of what I would call "hotel clean"

The gals were good at what they cleaned, but they cleaned all the easy places rather than following (verbal and written) instructions. Upon inspection, all the key spots I checked were still dirty - dead insects on top of the window sill, cobwebs in skylight, dust bunnies behind the couch. I saw them working in those very areas. Service required much more time than anticipated -- almost double -- and we're talking 2500 sq ft. When I thought they were nearly done, turns out they didn't know there was a master bedroom. I think they could've asked, I was in the house and checking on them from time to time. In general, these are good gals and work hard but you need to stay engaged with them and inspect their work closely, as they do it, in order to get what you need done. They were good to fit me on the schedule so I am not concerned they showed up late to start. It was only the inspection that left me dissatisfied, but by that time I'm already nearly twice over my budget, there was no way I could ask them to stay longer, I just did it myself.

Very prompt in making all the coordinations. They were friendly. They were in my home for about three hours. They did a great job!

We hired Smart Choice for Carpet cleaning and deodorizing in our basement. They showed up on time and got the job done quickly and very professionally. We will use them agajn!

The cleaning was average. There were a few things missed like between the facets of the sink, none of the hardware in the shower was cleaned. It was okay overall, it just seemed like a very hurried cleaning with not a lot of attention to detail. Also, the vacumme cleaner broke and they weren't planning on finishing the job, so I offered mine up. Not a big deal, but vacumming the carpets is a must if I'm paying you to clean my house.
