On time, excellent job, pet stains completely removed.

Very well. Arrived on time, professional, worked around other vendors in the house.

However, they sent three people and only worked for a hour and forty five minutes. I did not get my moneys worth and I was not pleased with the service. I would not use them again.

They informed me that they did not service my area and I was able to get a refund. They got back to me immediately and were very clear about what they could or could not do.

The folks that came worked hard and did a great job. We had them focus on the kitchen and bathrooms and I was pleased with the result.

Surface cleaning was good. After they left discovered kitchen floor and cabinets still had dirt on them. Learned that inspection needs to be done more closely

The ladies were professional, fast, and efficient. I was happy with the end results.

Excellent responsiveness and service. We had a contractor (not from Angie's List) come out over the holidays and needed to use the bathroom. Well, he, uh, violated the bathroom. Badly. Like, "take photos because no one is going to believe this - what the heck this isn't a gas station," kind of badly. The owner of the contracting company told us to contact a cleaner, which we did. Smart Choice sent out a cleaning crew within a couple of hours and put everything back in order, including a complete disinfecting. The ladies were nice, and friendly and asked if there was anything else they could do for us while they were there. In fact, we are now considering hiring them for regular service. To me, that is how you build a good business.

I have been searching for a good cleaning company to use consistently, and this is NOT it. When I called to make the appointment, I had asked about cleaning inside of the stove. I was told that, essentially, the maids had 2 hours to do whatever it was that needed to be done. Great. They arrived 30 minutes before their 2 hour window, which was not a big deal because I was home anyway. When they arrived, I explained the layout, we talked about the stove and they started. It's not a very big area, so they ended up being "done" in 1 hour. Without informing me they were done, let alone letting me do a quick walk through- the packed up and were ready to leave. Per the scheduler, I requested that, since they had time, they clean the inside of the fridge. They told me that they couldn't, I explained what I was told- back and forth we went. They called their manager, he ended up saying to clean whatever it was that we wanted cleaned. While this conversation was happening, I found that they had not dusted any of the wall art. So after 5 minutes of talking with the manager and another 5 minutes of unpacking their tools... well, there's 10 minutes wasted. At this point, these ladies developed very apparent sour attitudes. It wasn't appreciated. I was going by what I was told and, frankly, it's not my fault if there are communication issues inside the company. With their unsavory attitudes, they got their wish- as soon as they were done with the few other things that were asked, they got to leave. They were still short 1/2 hour, but I just paid the full amount because it just isn't worth my time to dicker. The shape they were going to leave the apartment in (one picture was very apparently skewed on the wall, the TV was tilted) and the shape the left the apartment in were not all that different. The tub was still grimy, there was dust on some of the appliances, they sprayed chemicals so close to our dogs water dish that there were bubbles in the water, and not a baseboard was touched. They certainly do not go by the "whatever is within reach" approach that other cleaning companies do. I did learn why they were 30 minutes early for my appointment, though. They are not a thorough cleaning company, by any means.

Smart Choice called to schedule the appointment promptly after purchasing the deal from Angie's list. They were able to give me the date I requested. I was called half hour before arrival. Johnny was very professional and friendly.. They took care to cover their feet before entering & put down tarps around the furniture to protect the floor. They were fast yet efficient. We were very pleased with the outcome.

I found Smart Choice Cleaning on Angie's List and they had a moving special. They were very responsive to my email and were able to fit me in quickly. The women who came to clean were very professional and nice and did an excellent job. My townhouse sparkled by the time they were done.

I'm extremely satisfied. The ladies did an excellent job and I couldn't be happier.

Everything went okay. My daughter didn't mention that there were any problems at all.

I purchased the big deal offered by the service on Monday, and I requested that someone come to clean on Tuesday. They responded quickly and were able to schedule someone to come late morning the next day. Two women arrived within the window of time I was given, but it became obvious very early on that one of them had very little experience. I was later told that she'd been on the job for several months but was relatively new; I find it hard to believe that this wasn't her very first job. She spent the majority of the two hours asking what to do next and standing around waiting for instructions. This would have been slightly annoying but still ok if the job was to complete the house in whatever amount of time it took, but since the more experienced girl audibly explained to her that they would make an additional $95 an hour to take longer than two hours, taking their time quickly looked more like a ploy to make even more money from an already expensive service. This was made more obvious when the one woman took out each individual DVD/Blu-ray from our collection of about 2,000 to individually dust and wipe each one, even after she was told that wouldn't be necessary. The more experienced cleaner was very unprofessional in the way she spoke to both my fiance, who was home during the cleaning service, and in the way she dealt with the girl she was, presumably, supposed to be training. She sighed loudly, looked annoyed when asked to focus on the downstairs when it became obvious that they wouldn't complete the job in the allotted two hours, and she stomped out of the house leaving the bathroom floor covered in dirty mop water when my fiance informed her that we would not be paying beyond the two hours that were paid for and that they could leave without completing the house, even though it wasn't complete. This was especially hard to swallow given that our house isn't large (about 1,400 sq. ft including the full basement that they didn't touch), and every single cleaning service we've ever brought in previously has finished the job in an hour and a half for less money. I was willing to pay more since this service came so highly rated here on Angie's List, and I was hoping the place would sparkle for my future in-laws who were visiting later that week, so I was shocked at the service we received. After they left, their managers did call quickly to try to figure out the problem, and they did offer to send a new crew the next day for no additional money (which we greatly appreciated) but our experience left such a bad taste in our mouths that we just wanted to be done with the whole scenario. They never mentioned how, or if they planned at all, to handle the situation with the cleaning crew that did come to the house. The manager did end up offering us a $30 refund for the trouble, so we still paid $129 for two bedrooms, and 1 bathroom being completed, and the living room, guest room and other bathroom being halfway completed leaving the kitchen and dining room completely untouched (as well as the floors on the entire first floor of the house). While the management certainly made an effort to fix the problem, I can't say I would ever use this service again, and I definitely would not recommend it to anyone else.

The cleaners called ahead to confirm their arrival. They were prompt and went to work immediately. They cleaners worked VERY hard, and clearly wanted to do a good job. We are planning to use them on a bimonthly basis for regular cleaning. They were recommended to me by two separate people on the listserv at my old condo, and I join them in highly recommending Smart Clean.

Showed up as scheduled, very professional, excellent work. Very thorough! Use this company.

These ladies exceeded my expectations. They did an excellent job, checked with me regarding product preference and other cleaning details, paid attention to detail and added little nice touches such as folding Kleenex into designs. I will definitely use them again, and am considering hiring them on a weekly basis. My regular cleaning lady may have taken one vacation too many! They arrived exactly when expected and worked quickly. They were also very pleasant and professional. I gave a B for price because, although this was a good deal for me -- $250 for 4500 sq ft house -- without the Angie's Deal discount, it would've been expensive.

They were amazing! Price was fair. Fantastic job. Didn't try to upcharge or sell other services once they arrived which many carpet cleaners did. Removed stubborn spots. I'd highly recommend! I am definitely using Smart Choice again.

Great people. Did everything I asked, very thorough.

We hired Smart Choice to clean two beige couches that have accumulated dirt and a few minor spots for the six years we've had them in our home. Everything about their services was excellent -- the initial phone call and appointment set-up, the promptness and professionalism of the staff, and the price was as estimated -- EXCEPT the couches look exactly the same as they did before the cleaning. They do not look any cleaner. I don't know if we had the wrong expectations about the cleaning they were able to provide, but we feel that we wasted $200 on this service.

The provider did not service my area, so I could not use the service. The service area needs to be specific.

I wasn't really happy with them. They ended up staying extra hours and charging me an extra $150 which I was not pleased about. Our house was very small and I didn't realize that one extra hour of cleaning would cost so much money. I ended up spending $250 in total. They don't use bleach products which I guess was fine.
