Excellent! I was very impressed. John was great - he called me back right away and we set it up quickly. He had a group of 4 working full time all day plus he added 4 more people to get it all done by the end of the day. The work was amazing. They cleaned nooks and crannies that have not been cleaned in a long time.

Things went great! Two professionals were able to get out stains that come with having two children. They were also able to safe guard both pieces for an additional cost that has definitely proven worth it!

Won't use them again. Price wasn't what was stated.

I will no longer be using Smart Choice Cleaning. I was with another company for years, but switched to Smart Choice because the staff seemed friendly and professional and I was happy with my initial cleanings. I'm not sure if they have taken on too many customers recently or what, but the quality of their services is such that I will no longer be using them. They are arguably one of priciest companies in the area, and I thought if I paid more, I would be getting better service - right? I hired them for regular cleanings, and in these past two months: -they come at different times during your scheduled cleaning days. They also don't always confirm those times with you. I have had to call them and ask. -Times are drastically different (Arrival times of: 8 AM, 2-4 PM) very difficult to schedule if you work full time. You need to get out of the house in time, and you also want it clean by the time you come home -They have called twice in the past two months, saying an earlier client "had a big house to clean" that they would need to come late or re-schedule. Why am I less of an important client than the one earlier in the day? I pay them $160 to clean my house - not cheap! I expect Cadillac service. -When I expressed my frustration that they wanted to show up after 4 PM to start cleaning (I really don't want to come home after working a full day to wait for house cleaning to be done) they sent another crew who did a HORRIBLE job, missed spots, photos, place mats, chairs tossed back into position carelessly, did not vacuum one room, before I even got to front door, dirty paper towel was dropped on stoop. -When I e-mailed to complain about the cleaning, no one bothered to get back with me - but they did have time to cash my check. You would think they'd immediately call, ask if they could send a crew to fix, etc? Oh well, back to my old cleaning lady - at least she was reliable.

We were able to schedule an appointment with them right away. They were very efficient and good. This was the first time we have used them. The cost was very reasonable and there were no additional fees. I had read in their reviews that they were able to get stains out that other companies had not and I had found that to be true. They were excellent and I was very pleased with them. We will be hiring them again in the spring.

Smart Choice Cleaners did an excellent job! My husband got me 1 hour (2 people) of cleaning per month for Christmas, and it makes my life so much easier! I really appreciate their professionalism and the house is always shining afterwards.

Very well. Church is heavily used by outside groups, a children's organization and scouts so it takes a beating. Mold, dust, roaches, etc. were a result of neglect so much cleaning was needed, and we were very pleased with the results.

They got out all the stains. I also has them clean dining room chairs and two chairs and a rug. They did an excellent job.
