I initially got 3 service providers to give me quotes to completely renovate my master bath. James Park w/Sky Construction provided a well thought out, professional quote that provided the most value and services for the money. Kim and Scott worked on the project and were obviously very skilled at bathroom reno, completely professional and hard working leaving my house clean every day. They finished in 2 weeks, exactly on schedule.

Overall, good experience. Due to carpet manufacturer problems, they missed their install date. However, they bent over backwards to make amends, upgrading the carpet. We also had tile work--it was done on time and well. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

The employees who performed the work were very conscientuous and cleaned up afterwards, but did forget to remove some of the carpet left outside the back door. Both workers worked hard at a difficult job of carpeting the stairway. The biggest problem I had is with THIS SURVEY, it does not work properly.

Excellent job. On time. Very neat and careful with installation. Everything was freshly painted and the installers were careful not to mark the woodwork or walls. They cleaned up nicely when the job was completed in a timely manner. Will definitely use Sky again.

Jae came in and gave us an amazing estimate that included remove or the old carpet, moving and replacing all furniture and installing new hardwood and carpet. His crews were quick and very clean. I am completely satisfied with the work that was done and have already recommended him to my friends.

They were very professional and if something was overlooked, they came back and finished all jobs to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with the job Sky did for us. They painted all exterior siding, wood trims, windows and doors. They also did an exellent job power washing the deck and patio chairs.

They were very professional and reasonably priced. Roberto and his assistant painted my living room, dining room, stairwell and upstairs hallway in three days and did a great job! They were very curteous, moved all the furniture and never made any mess or left any paint splatters anywhere. I will definitely be calling them to do more painting in the future and I have recommended them to several friends and family members. Thanks Sky for doing such a wonderful job!

They were prompt, communicative, clear, skilled, and trustworthy. Although the request was for painting, they were able to install carpeting and tile as well--which was a great relief for me because I did not have to coordinate the work of three different contractors. They did an excellent job, beginning and ending on the target dates.

I purchased a short sale home and wanted the floors refinished before moving in. Sky kept in touch with me through months of waiting for the sale to go through without harassing me for the business. In the end, my husband and I stripped the oak floors, and Sky finished the job. The end result was perfect -- except the mistakes we made in sanding. I could have saved myself a week, a lot of back-breaking work, and had absolutely perfect floors if I had let Sky do the job from beginning to end. This is too big a project -- leave it to the experts! Sky Construction are the EXPERTS! Great communication, great price, great work.

Their initial estimate was straight-forward and they brought plenty samples for us to look at. We had a few other estimates, but Sky Construction seemed the most sincere and trustworthy. Both the wood laminate and the carpeting project were done in a timely manner, and with a beautiful end result. They made their best effort to work around our schedule, and they really do stand by their quality policy. They have been very responsive to every phone call even after project completion to answer questions and make sure we're happy with their work. I'm gladed we hired Sky, and would recommend them to anyone who wants a job done right.

I'm a new home owner and was a little skeptical as I looked for professionals to install laminate wood in my home. I've heard so many rumors about nightmare contractors that I was almost expecting it. However after dealing with Sky, some of the positive notes are...... They did what they said they would do The work looked professional and they finished on time as they promised Throughout this process, they were honest and trustworthy. The only negative thing I can say, is that a couple fixtures weren't put back to where they were found. I did request a bit of a rush on this project though, so I don't mind as much.

Jae Kim called me immediately once I put in a request. He was efficient and very professional. The job that they did on our floors was amazing. I was worried because they were Hartco Pattern Plus and other contractors I called were leary of sanding them. The result was unbelievable, they look brand new and in fact are about 12 years old. The guys that did the actual work were great and cleaned up after their work each day. We were so pleased that we asked them to install our new cabinets.
