Sky construction reenovated our master bathroom, a project that included re-tiling the floor and the interior of a large shower, reorienting some plumbing, replacing sink fixtures and towell racks, painting the bathroom and 2 walk-in closets (including the prep and patching work on walls and ceilings). The results certainly met all of our expectations. Sky's work and attention to detail makes a good job.. great. The James and Jae are excellent communicators and follow daily the work in progress, including a final inspection after completion. Their employees arrive on time, are courteous, and are excellent in preparing and cleaning up the work areas... A

Jae, the Project Manager, was very pleasant and even assisted me with choosing the right color and quality for my needs (i.e., have pets, plan to move in next 1-2 years, etc.). I chose Sky Construction because their price was competitive and I had the most confidence, based on Jae's promptness and courtesy, that they were focused on customer satisfaction and would give me good service. The workers didn't really talk to me very much, but that was ok. A bifold door lost a piece on its track so it doesn't open properly. Since the door was slightly damaged from a previous accident, I'm having Jae replace the entire door at a discount.

Very straight forward and honest. There were no hidden costs or attempts to pad the price of the job. Jae was responsive to our requests and quick to rectify things that we were not originally happy with. The price was very affordable and a great value for what they did. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is that they do not yet have relationships with showrooms and/or suppliers. This made finding and purchasing the vanity and fixtures a bit difficult. I would certainly use Sky again, but I would take more time up front to get all the furnishings picked out before having them start the project.

James was wonderful. I purchased my carpet from another vendor and his team was very understanding and flexible when my carpet did not arrive on time for my scheduled install. They were curtious, professional, punctual, patient and most importantly my carpet looks great. They damaged something in my home during install but quickly removed the price of the damage from my already low bill. I will be hiring them again in the future.

Working with Jae and Sky Construction was a great experience.! They responded very quickly to set up an apporintment for selection of the flooring and a quote. The job was promptly scheduled for the next week. Jae and his team advised me about how to best handle the pine staircase into the basement and they willingly and patiently worked with me to get a rich color to match the new basement laminate. The workmen were polite and they kept the job site very clean. I love my new floor and certainly enjoyed my association with Jae and Sky Construction. I would most certainly use them again for other projects in my home and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
