Description of Work: We use SSI for all of our HVAC needs and have been pleased with the quality of their work. We have purchased annual service agreements with them since 2006. My wife feels comfortable with them when they are in the house, and this is important to me.

Description of Work: We had the furnace and air conditioner replaced since both were starting to be a bother (they were over 12 years old). We replaced with a Trane system, and life has got much quieter. :) | |SSI was good in the overall incident-free way installation was done, plus the twice-a-year checks at scheduled. Also, personable and professional people always seem to come in, making the experience a good one.

Description of Work: I bought an Angie's List deal just to get a plumber out here to give me an estimate on some work that I wanted done on my shower (fix the steam shower and replace the faucet handle). The first time I scheduled an appointment, they tried to send the tech 2 hours later than promised and I couldn't be home. The second time they did come during the time window promised but couldn't give me an estimate on the spot about the work I wanted done. The tech promised to follow up with me about what options were available but he never called. I called the office twice to see if I could get the information from him and the receptionist promised to call me back and never did. I will be contacting another company to give me an estimate on the work I want done.

Description of Work: They care right away for a first time customer during the Christmas Holidays. Big plus. |They came to fix a clogged bathtub drain after I had tried a bottle of Draino. They tried snaking and working on the pipe and even cut a hole in the ceiling. Nothing was working. They were getting ready to cot more ceiling to replace the pipe. I asked if they had a chemical stronger than Draino. The next day they came with a drainage chemical and that fixed it. The only trouble is they don't do drywall so I still have a hole in my ceiling six months later.

Description of Work: Fixed all 4 toilets in my house, replaced a tubspout, and replaced the pressure reducing valve which corrected the problem of rattling pipes. Everything went well and would definitely call SSI again in the future. The technician Reid was very informative and professional and would request him again.

Description of Work: They were incredibly helpful and professional. Because the needed repair was covered under an appliance insurance plan, we had to go with another provider. Otherwise, we would have had SSI do it.

Description of Work: The plumber told me that my improperly sloped drain line couldn't be fixed easily and gave me 3 expensive options. I had another plumber come out and he was able to fix it in 20 minutes.
