Description of Work: Came to service my air condition unit, and heater unit. I was very pleased with the service provided. Very professional came with uniform and booties for my floor. After they were done, they went over all the checks and service he provided and e mailed me right on spot. Only thing that I was unhappy about, my 7:30am appointment turned into 8:30am, however they contacted me at 7:40 to let me know my serviceman was in traffic. The usual excuse for this area.

Description of Work: We have used SSI for our heating and AC work since about 1986. Currently on a bi-annual inspection service and also have them do any problem corrections throughout the years. They have always been punctual and quick to complete any necessary repairs. Warranty work on our systems were taken care of with no problems. We recommend SSI for your Heating and AC work.

Description of Work: Repaired toilet in half bathroom, would not flush properly, was using too much water when flushing plus had a tendency to overflow. I replaced the parts inside the tank, however it did not resolve the problem. | |The technician arrived, he was professional, polite and courteous. He showed me the errors of my way, that the part I put in was not quite sufficient, it was missing a floater. He put in the right part, then showed me it was working properly and it still is!! | |He left the bathroom in clean working order and even entertained my grandson while I went to get my credit card. I'd highly recommend SSI Services and their technician Rob!

Description of Work: We called to schedule maintenance check and had a very difficult time getting a response. Once we did talk to someone, they told us that our equipment had to be in excellent working condition to use the coupon. Otherwise, we'd have to pay full price for a service call ($150) to diagnose problems. They also stated that service calls receive a higher priority than maintenance checks, and that they wouldn't be available to come out for a maintenance check until sometime mid-June. I subsequently purchased a $39 Angie’s List deal for a service call from another company, and they came out the next day.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal with SSI Services Specialties Inc. They were very prompt in reaching out to me. I then found a better deal being offered by another company. So I canceled the big deal.

Description of Work: SSI does twice a year inspections of our HVAC system. They are very good and professional in their conduct. I would recommend them.

Description of Work: I have used SSI for all of my HVAC and Plumbing needs for the last 10 years. I have an annual maintanemce contract with them. They are very good, do high quality work, are professional and courtious. The last job they did for me was to replace an outside hose spigot and the line that feeds it. This was the result of the winter freeze. They were competitive in the price and prompt in fixing the problem. I recommend them and will continue to use them.

Description of Work: Replaced our upstairs gas furnace and air conditioner. Included as part of the service the first year was a follow-up 6 mo and 12 inspection of the heating and AC. For an additional fee we have continued to receive an inspection at the beginning of the heating and air conditioning seasons.
