Description of Work: Not a great service call. The rep who showed up seemed to be more interested in selling a new toilets for more than $700, rather than trying to repair the ones I asked to have looked at. He said he wasn't sure they could even get parts for my toilets anymore... They are 8-10 years old. Decided to do it myself and just bought the parts at Home Depot.

Description of Work: They inspect my central heating and air conditioning twice a year for the fee listed. In includes an extensive review of the equipment and some minor cleaning. If more service is recommended, they provide estimated cost. So far I have not had to have them perform additional services.

Description of Work: The technician came on time and he provided with us an estimate to fix the repairs. He was knowledgeable but there was no follow through. He never emailed us the recommendations as he said he would do so. Overall, not satisfied because we still have the repairs that need to be done.

Rep Chris Charbonneau was excellent and applied various discounts from Trane and from SSI, for not financing via SSI, and the Angie's list coupon. | |We continue our yearly maintenance contracts with SSI.
