Description of Work: The faucet could not be replaced as a carpenter would be needed. The big deal was cancelled and money returned, therefore you should have a record of it.

Description of Work: Signed up for a $99 faucet outdoor faucet replacement but since it was a frost free type, it cost ~$400. Though I could have canceled the call then, I did chose to have the faucet replaced.

Description of Work: I hired this company to have my front outside faucet replaced. I have an older townhome and it was the original outside faucet. It leaked and sometimes the valve didn't work. You had to play around with it to get the water to turn on. The faucet was installed quickly and neatly. everything was explained to me before any work was performed. The technician didn't seem too friends, but that's ok he wasn't there to hang out and talk to me. He wasn't mean just not very personable. We had a 2 hr window for the technician to arrive. he arrived 15 min prior to the window closing. All in all i would use this company again. I need to have my back faucet repaired and i plan to call them to replace it for me.
