Description of Work: The plumber was easy to schedule, arrived on time, and fixed a leaky bathtub faucet quickly and easily. I would use them again.

I would have appreciated that he read the work order before he knocked on my door. He acted like he had better things to do. But he did fix my front water spigot from leaking. Not sure if the fix will last very long, however.

Description of Work: Purchased a Big Deal for $99 to replace an outdoor hose bib, and get a plumbing inspection. Technician was on time, completed the repair quickly, and did the inspection while I dropped my kid at school. He was here less than an hour, and showing up perfectly on time. I need some additional work, so will probably call them again.

Description of Work: Replaced outdoor faucet. This was an Angie's List deal which showed up on my browser as a quarter-turn lever-action faucet. The plumber said he know nothing about this and installed a standard twist faucet. The whole idea for replacing the faucet was to make it easier for my wife who has arthritis in her hands to operate. Since the old faucet was overly difficult to operate I went ahead and let him replace it. But am still looking for a quarter turn solution.

Description of Work: We needed three Faucets installed. The plumber came and he was very nice. Went back to his truck to come up with a Quote and came up with a quote of $1500! Yes it was 5-times more than what we ended up paying. This is ridiculous and will never call them.

Description of Work: JOE CAME OUT AND PERFORMED A SEASONAL MAINTENANCE CHECK ON OUR HVAC. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL, AND DID A GREAT JOB. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WHO NEEDED THIS SERVICE
