Description of Work: Both hose bibs on the outside of my house (front and back) started leaking. The technician from SSI came out and repaired the leaks in a very timely fashion. He was very courteous and professional and he took the time to explain to me what had happened to cause the leaks.

Over this period they replaced one system and we've had a service contract for the whole period, All of their technicians except for one who is no longer with the company have been polite and professional. We recently used the plumbing service and found the plumber to be the same. | |Highly recommended!

Description of Work: Replaced nozzle on outside faucet. They were prompt and got the work done very quickly. We even have called to use their services again for a leak we had in the ceiling and again they were very quick to fix it and very easy to work with, reasonably priced and we'd highly recommend.
