Had a gas leak and gas co said it would be cheap fix, just a small piece (valve) needed replacing. SSI plumbing came and fixed within 5 mins and it cost over $500. Signed an annual contract and then they came for plumbing inspection. All the guy did was try to upsell me. Said our brand new toilets were cheap and that we wouldn't like them. Tried to sell us on replacing our hot water heater with a new, fancy, expensive tankless one... etc etc. Of the things he said weren't working correctly (and I don't even believe half of it), he was supposed to email me an eatimate in 2-3 days and it has been 3 months and I have not received anything. I told a lady in their office that I hadn't received anything and she said she would talk to the plumber.... still nothing about a month later. Also no apology or anything.

showed up when promised and completely rebuilt the outside faucet and pipes from the shutoff to the faucet. Took about an hour and cleaned up afterwards.

Went fine. Was able to come to house the next morning. Got the job done in about an hour.

They did a very good job. We thought they were honest and accurate. The man that they sent was professional. He was older, which I prefer over the young kids on their cell phones. We knew up front, we bought something for $99 and all I had to do was sign my name in two places to verify the work. He was very neat, very professional and I loved him. I would call them again. That special price was an "A". Straight "A'" for that company.

I when I first called them about the additional services and the costs for them, I got no response on the pricing. I had requested pricing info for a frost free faucet instead of the regular one included in this deal. They would not give me a price for the upgraded faucet. When the plumber came out he said he wouldn't be able to put in a frost free one, but once he removed the existing faucet he realized I already had a frost free faucet. At that point he told me it would be $425 minus the $99 I had already paid. He already had the faucet off and I felt this was deceptive. I had him install the regular faucet I had already paid for and decided to hire someone else to install the frost free as I thought that price was entirely way too high. Now, when I call other service providers to install the correct faucet I receive quotes that are higher because it is considered an upgrade instead of just a replacement. If they had just quoted me the price I had asked for I could have found another company from the start to do the replacement.

Went well, service was quick/efficient and received explanation everything. The only thing I wasn't aware of that was not part of the deal is the pressure relief valve which is required by code (I believe).

Joe the SSI repairmen was courteous and honest. He explained all aspects of the work needing to be done and let us know cost/ benefits so we made informed but unhurried decisions. I recommend SSI very much and will plan on using them in the future.

The cost was nothing because we have a service contract with them. I keep going back to them because we've been a long time with them. The workers that I come in contact with are good. They know what they're doing.

They've been very good. I would give them A's across the board. We have the annual contract with them. I will continue to use them in the future.
