Very well.
Description of Work: Replace an outdoor faucet under an Angie's List deal. However, the service technician noted that the cut-off valve inside on the line serving the outdoor faucet had failed. I paid him to also replace that valve, which he did very quickly and professionally.

Description of Work: We needed 3 new toilets and a cutoff valve put in that works and removal of a valve that doesn't. The 3 toilets were replaced very professionally and satisfactorily. The cutoff valve replacement required their coordination with the Fairfax County Water. We indicated that we would be sure to be home at whatever time they arranged. They have yet to follow through.

The technician did make some recommendations on his ticket in order to fix the issues that you are having with your toilets, and it seems that you declined the repairs during the time of service. If you would like us to resend your invoice, so that you can see his recommendations, I would be more then happy to send those to you. We apologize that you feel as though we did not do anything, but we did everything that the Big Deal states was supposed to be done and more! Description of Work: Had requested (1) furnace system check and (2) discussion of possible agreement for furnace and AC (yearly) inspections. Very happy with representative Joe Sechler. Excellent. Knowledgeable. Presented clear explanation of services provided and advantage of yearly contract (furnace and AC inspections). Plan to see them next spring and every year thereafter.
