They did an awesome job! They arrived on time, and by the end of the day they had finished. They left no mess, explained how to use it, and gave me a wonderful warranty and two service calls free for the next year. They optimized the system, and my electric bill dropped $100 per month! We now enjoy a cool house during the summer, which we have not had for the past couple of years. I was very impressed with the service techs. I would not hesitate to recommend this company! You couldn't ask for better service and the equipment was top quality.

Good service as always. Had used them in the past and will again. Our heat would not come on and the repair man just had to clean a few things during the scheduled fall check up and made a few adjustments and the furnace came on perfect. Very pleased with the service and recommend.

The two man crew arrived at 7:30 am and were there all day. This was a BIG job! The outdoor unit alone was easily 3 times the size of my old unit. I'm lucky it didn't block my window! The crew did a fantastic job and were there and available to answer my many questions. The sales manager even stopped by during the day to make sure things were going well.

This was an easy service agreement which included 2 maintenance times. They performed that fine and I didn't have any additional charges associated.

This was a great coupon. They honored the price and didn't try to upsell me when they performed routine maintenance. I have been using SSI for years and this coupon saved be over $50. I have an extended warranty on my heating and cooling unit. A component on it was going bad and they recommended replacing it. SSI looked up my warranty (they have it on file) and found out that the component is covered by the warranty. They did this before I could even ask about my warranty coverage. I was able to get the component replaced without doing any extra work or being charged. I feel like SSI has my best interests in my mind.

We received a no pressure quote from the sales team. After comparing quotes we found that they offered a fair price. Installation went smoothly in one day and they answered all my questions. They had some problems understanding the thermostat since I bought an Amana, (not their first line product), but they stayed late on a friday to get it installed.

I initially wanted to only replace my AC but after talking it over with one of my neighbors I inquired about replacing my furnace as well. So, I decided to replace the complete HVAC system with a new Trane 15 SEER AC and a two-stage furnace. SSI also accommodated my request for a Saturday installation on short notice which saved me from taking a day off from work which I appreciated very much. I also received substantial rebates from Trane. The installation team was prompt, professional, and completed the job in a timely and professional manner. They cleaned up all the work areas when the work was completed. The unit has been working very well and is super quiet. I would highly recommend SSI to anyone needing to replace their HVAC system.

I purchased the Big Deal for 2 HVAC inspections. The company contacted me the next day to set up my appointment (that was for the heater appointment, but they also called before A/C season to set up that appointment). Both times the technicians arrived on time and were extremely professional. Both times no issues were found. I am very happy with the services provided and hope that the company offers another Big Deal for seasonal inspections.

They were great. On the last visit, the technician gave me a suggestion and I called the office and have not heard from them. They must be pretty busy. The work they did was great. The worker was very informative and knowledgeable.

What a pleasure! I got up this morning and discovered that AC was not working due to some problem with the compressor (i.e., the compressor not running and could not be turned on). I called the HVAC company which installed the system, but it said it could not get to me for at least 5 days. After researching Angies List and deciding to give SSI a try, I called and explained the problem, and Joe, a very personable and professional fellow, was at my door in less than 3 hours. He inspected the system, replaced the broken part (a capacitor), verified that all was working as it was supposed to (among other things, that it was actually blowing cool air inside the house), and left within 30 minutes. No fuss, no muss, no mess. And Joe did NOT try to sell me a new system!

It was 2:00 P.M. on the Friday before the Memorial Day weekend, and it was also the first really hot day of the season. The outside unit on my central air died, and I was certain that I would be spending a miserable weekend in a hot house. I called SSI and they had a technician nearby who was just finishing up, so they dispatched him. The time between the call and the arrival of the technician was about 40 minutes. The technician took the access panel off the outside unit and says "Here's the problem. This capacitor is bad." Time from arrival to diagnosing the problem: 2 minutes. He replaced the capacitor, and I now have wonderful cool air again.Excellent service!

Summer air conditioning maintenance. SSI technician Drew McKillop thoroughly checked my AC system to be sure it was working at full capacity. He found the TXV was not operating correctly. He made arrangements immediately with the office to order the necessary part and will return to install it. I always request Drew to work on my air conditioning and heating systems. He is an expert in his field and is always professional, courteous, and an outstanding representative of SSI.

Overall SSI has demonstrated that they are a reliable and competent company that I trust to maintain my HVAC equipment. The added capability of hot water heater installation was welcomed.

They have an excellent training program and we appreciate their level of services and work that they do.

They were prompt and communicated well by keeping me informed on what they were going to do. Their price is in line with other competitors and I will use them again in the future.

We have a service agreement with them. They are a pretty big company. We've had them for years and we think they are terrific. They are all very friendly, easy to work with, reliable, trustworthy and honest. They just started doing plumbing, but we have not used them for that. I just got something in the mail about a week ago. We would definitely use them again in the future.

The heating system including the thermostat did not work. Called for service about 10:15 AM while staff was in a meeting. My call was returned at approximately 12:40 PM. Repairman arrived in slightly over an hour of calling for service, checked out the system, replaced fuses, rechecked the system. All is working well. Repairman was very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient.

I would use them again and would recommend them.

SSI ...Heating and Airconditioning Company! I am a single mother with 3 children who knows that mistakes can be made but this is a "MISTAKE" that makes me really wonder how correct and efficient, this company works. - Rafael and Cameron, the installers, showed up on time (between 7 and 8am) installed the units and were all done and ready at 1:30pm for me to sign and pay on the contract. - When reading the contract once more to verify if all was correct (Everyone should do this!), I noticed that the model number of the furnace I ordered and the model number of the furnace they installed were different. - I was told this is probably just an upgraded model number !! - I refuse to sign the contract until I did some research and until I had a better explanation from SSI. - My research online showed that I did not get the energy efficient 60 000 BTU unit that I ordered (which would allow me to get tax credits and a possible state bonus) but a lower grade, non energy efficient unit). - after 45 min wait, one of the installers asked me to call his boss for the explanation. - when I called there was no explanation but it was just considered a "Mistake" ...wrong unit delivered and we are sorry we will install a better new unit for you. (which they did and it took them another 3 hrs). I consider it a mistake when someone connects a wrong wire, * BUT WHEN YOU ORDERED MY UNIT THE SHIPPER SHOULD HAVE TOLD YOU, WE DON'T HAVE THIS IN STOCK WE ARE GOING TO SEND YOU SOMETHING ELSE.. * THE PERSON WHO RECEIVED THE UNIT SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE MODEL NUMBER ON THE ORDER * THE PERSON THAT PUT THE UNIT ON THE TRUCK TO COME TO MY HOUSE SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE ORDER * AND THE INSTALLERS SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE MODEL NUMBER!! So I am not sure if this was an honest mistake or an attempt to get one over on the little single woman. IN SSI'S DEFENSE:....They did change the unit into a upgrade one from what I had ordered (The original ordered was not in stock). And after arguing with Shane ,one of the managers at SSI, he extended my service agreement from one year to two. The installers Rafael and Cameron were great, fast and very efficient. PLEASE !!! TO EVERY ONE INSTALLING ANYTHING ON OR IN THEIR HOUSE, GET INFORMED, CHECK MODEL NUMBERS, DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE AND DURING IF NEEDED. IT'S YOUR MONEY AND YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE IT!!

There estimates were reasonable, near most companies I met with. They met the price of the lowest offer I received and offered the best coupon. The servicemen were very professional and were done in one day. The office staff has been very helpful in helping me attain all paperwork to file for rebates. No one wants to spend thousands of dollars, but this company softened that by treating myself and my home with respect.
