Very punctual. It was (of course) a simple problem for him to fix, but one that required a professional. He was quick, explained what he was fixing and why and even called the landlord (we are renters) to go over everything with her.

The cartridge was 15 years old and was frozen in the valve. The first plumber had to cut the handle away to get to the cartridge. He was unable to remove the cartridge and had to call another plumber to complete the job. Thant when everything went RIGHT. Reid Maxwell showed up and this guy knows his stuff. He was able to complete the job in short order. He also looked at a few other problems around the house and made some adjustments for me. These folks are now my plumbers. When my HVAC contracts are up, they will be getting my business.

Analysis was incomplete for what I got. Relative to the plumber we ended up using the service was poor. The estimate was not only incomplete but was based on unnecessary repairs.

First time out toilet did not work properly after tech left but company dispatched a master plumber within a day or so and corrected problem. Worked with my tough schedule and was pleased with outcome. Office staff great too, Was not charged for first vist. Be sure to state color of toilet almond or white for example.

They did a great job. They are very easy to schedule with, came on time, and got the job done.

The serviceman arrived on time and did an excellent job.

They're probably perfectly good providers but they came and looked at what I needed to be done and concluded that I probably need a new garbage disposal and they wanted a huge amount for that. They were okay and timely but they seem like what they were gonna do as a provider in addition to the service call was very pricey.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It turned out okay. The guy came out when we schedule him, he was timely, but then we decided to get two of our toilets fixed because the guy that came said we needed a complete rebuild. He came out shortly after we purchased the big deal coupon, it was like a week after we purchased it. So the guy came and told us we needed a complete rebuild for two of our toilets. But then they had to order parts and so we told the company that we wanted to go ahead and schedule a time for them to redo it, for them to come and rebuild our toilets and to order the parts and they completely lost our order. We didn't hear from them for a very long time. And so them somebody else had to come and redo the whole thing. So basically the first guy who came was a complete waste of time, apparently he quit the company and didn't convey any of our information to them before he left. And so then somebody else had to come and he said we didn't actually need a complete rebuild we only needed a partial rebuild which was significantly cheaper. And he felt bad about everything that happened so he ended up giving me a deal, or at least made me feel like I was getting a deal. The big deal was just for them to come out and check things out. He did rebuild the toilets that day. The guy was apologetic that every happened the way it was and he quoted me a price for the partial rebuild and said he'd give me a deal. I didn't do any price comparisons so I don't know. It seemed like a good deal. I liked how he handled the fact that everything went wrong. One of the chains came loose actually the other day and fixed it. It was very minor but it has been more than thirty days since they've come back and fixed it because I know it was outside the thirty day warranty.

It worked out fine. There was a delay on their service because they don't have the parts so they have to come out a little later than anticipated but they did very well.

They installed a garbage disposal. The tech offered to try to fix the original one so I could take back the new disposal, but, it was beyond fixing. Very impressed with how fast he worked.

There was some misunderstanding initially due to the power-vent type not being covered by an SSI coupon advertised in Angie's. However, a 10% off coupon was purchased and properly adjusted the final bill. The management company reports no problems or comments from the tenant. The work was done promptly and the SSI agent was accommodating resolving the initial confusion. The overall price was lower than the competitors contacted, but the quality of the work did not suffer and was a good value.

They fixed a leaky garbage disposal. Everything turned out fine.

I ordered a special on Angies List for this company. I put the dates down of Nov 26 or Nov 27. The company sent me an email and called me. I called them back and scheduled the appointment for Nov 27th in the afternoon. They did not show up or call. I waited at my house for 4 hours. I tried to call the number that they gave me and no response. I kept calling and leaving messages until I finally reached them on Monday the 9th of December. I scheduled for them to come out in the afternoon on the 10th of December. They called and cancelled due to weather and rescheduled for the 11th of December in the afternoon. They said that they went to my house and waited for 30 minutes and no one was there. They did not knock on my door because we were home and we have 2 dogs that are very loud when people knock or ring my doorbell. So I called them at the end of the day and they finally showed up today the 12th of December. The reason I wanted them there was to fix a sink in my main floor powder room. The pipe was leaking due to the trap would not seal properly. They quoted $150 to fix this problem. Which is absolutely ridiculous amount for my problem. I basically wasted $39 for them to give me an overinflated quote. I will never go to this provider again.

Everything went well. Scheduling was very easy and they were able to come out to my home quickly. One technician came out to do the work and it took about an hour to complete everything. He consulted with me and initially installed it back ward so they had to come back out to install it right the next day. I plan on using him in the future.

Great! Totally punctual, thorough, written evaluation provided. Will consider this company for future inspections of my heating and air conditioning systems. This is the second time I used them.

The service was fine. It was very positive. He cleaned up after himself. So that was good. I would say it was a good experience all around. I believe I used it within two days of purchasing it. The final cost of the service was about $250. The price was a little more than I expected, especially with the deal

Service and responsiveness was excellent. Our water heater went out on a Friday on a weekend that we had guests coming to our house (of course!). They were able to come out the next morning and replace the water heater (at the 'weekend' rate). However, based on the quality and timeliness of the service, would definitely use them again.

The guy was a nice guy. On time. He replaced the kitchen cartridge without any issue. He couldn't figure out the bathtub cartridge. Which was unfortunate. He flipped through a couple of books to try and find it without luck. Sooooo, the good news is that he didn't charge me for that. On the downside, they never got back in touch with me. So that was unfortunate. I'm not certain if he never figured it out or gave up, but I just never heard from him again.

I purchased a $119 Angie's List Big Deal for this service. I think it went fine; we did not have any complaints. We went over the deal price so I paid extra. This was the first time I used this company and we have not had any issues since we did the repair.

I purchased the Angies List coupon for $39 and wanted SSI to come out and fix a leaky toilet. When they called more than a week later we set a date and time for service. The day before the scheduled they called and wanted to set up a date for service. I told them we should be on their schedule for the following day. I was put on hold, another employee was summoned, after much checking they found the appointment and confirmed it for the following day between the hours of 12 and 4 pm. I was home the next day, all day and they never showed up, nor did they call. I called them on the 30th and was put on hold while they checked what had happened. (It was annoying to listen to their hold tape telling me about their great customer service, but...) When they came back on the line they verified my home phone number and said they attempted to call. As I say, I was home all day and never received a call. No apology. So to be stood up and then accused of lying about having been called was too much. Done!

The installation went smoothly. The installers were professional and polite. I am glad that I went with SSI Services.

Three caps out of six not secured on the toilets and one facet is leaking . That being said I thought they did an ok job (seemed expensive thou). I called to have the above items corrected and they were very nice about stating they would send someone out to correct the work but the first time it was rescheduled because he had an emergency and the second time (today) -- the plumber is running late because he has been installing a hot water heater all day since 0630 this morning. He is suppose to show up by 7:00 pm (my appointment was between 12-4). I was going to have him do something else while he was here but not now. After working so many hours he must be ready to go home. The only reason I will not use them again is because they just do not have the time. Perhaps once they hire more plumbers, things will get back to what was their normal response time.
