They were on time. Completed work on time and no hidden costs. Professional and courteous.

7 of my bushes died after a sprinkler issue last summer. This was not evident until 3 weeks before my daughter's wedding. I was going to have 11 houseguests and 40 visitors! I was able to get Carlos & team out w/ just one week notice. He removed all the dead bushes, cleaned up all the lawnbeds (making them look pristine), mulched, and planted my flowers. I had bought annuals to bring some immediate color to the yard (for pictures). Carlos looked at all the flowers and my original design and politely encouraged some modification. Of course it looked MUCH better than I had planned. Carlos & Team worked non-stop for two days to transform my yard. 7 different neighbors came by, saw the work and hired him for lawn care. That's NOT an exaggeration. I couldn't be more pleased. The price was excellent, the service superior, and the timeliness unprecedented. I will have Rodriguez Landscaping back again!

It was good. Arrived on time, did decent work and were communicative.

They did a good job removing the shrubs and putting in the new shrubs. They filled in the large dip in the lawn with topsoil, but they did not use a roller or other tool to compact the soil. They laid sod on top of the loose topsoil, again without compacting it, and watered it. Because the topsoil was loose, the sod seemed to float. I was dissatisfied with this job. They edged along my brick walk with a tool that may have been too much for the job. It removed all soil about 5 inches deep and 4 inches wide next to the brick walk. I was concerned that if someone could get hurt or fall if they stepped over the edge of the walk and turned an ankle. I had to fill in the edge with soil to make it safe again.

Carlos and his team did great work to spruce up my dead area of shrubs. Looks like new again. Very professional and on time. Arrived on the 2 scheduled days as promised.

The work was done reasonably well, but required follow up to get scheduling done. The work was not completed in one shot and was done in two installments that too after follow up.

Excellent job. I would hire them again.

Short answer? I was delighted by the outcome and will use them again in the future with Angi's list deals and in a pinch without. Once we agreed on a date I was asked to send a brief email with work scope. I simply used Googlemaps to do screen grabs (since most of that area could be seen from the street on each side of my corner house) with arrows and brief instructions to set expectations and do my part to insure that they brought the right equipment. A supervisor and a worker showed on time, did a quick walk about my property where I was able to highlight anything which became pressing just before their arrival. They brought their own lawn waste bags, I lent them my special rake for dealing with thick layers of pine needles (Radius Garden 400 Ground Hog Circular Rake - the only solution for pine crap and spreading mulch), checked on them every so often (had others power washing the deck) and after last walk-through they were gone. They pointed out other areas where they could help (tree cutting, shrub trimming, etc.) and I will keep them in mind for all. They got into areas which I didn't even think of doing because of possible time constraints and my back and front yard are better for it. I liked the following in addition to the items mentioned before - 1. Half way through we evaluated their progress (they asked for it, not I) and I had an option to shift gears if needed; 2. There was no hard sell, just a recommendation; 3. Got me thinking about where I may use them next - possibly do a late fall clean up and spread rubber mulch, etc. p.s. they were great sports - deck washer apologized repeatedly for getting some overspray on them and wetting leaves they were collecting. :)

Never showed for estimate. You need to remove them from Angie's list. They are inconsiderate finally called at 5 one hour late and told them no they should have called sooner and I would have been accommodating Unprofessional.

Terrible. Told them we had a death in the family and are having people come to the house after the service. They said not problem and made an appointment for 3 PM on July 20. Just before the appointment, they called to say sorry, they don't serve Vienna. Perhaps they should have stated that when the appointment was made? Now the yard is going to look like crap as it is too late to get anyone else.

Terrible. They did not answer phone calls or emails for two weeks. When they finally scheduled a day to do the work, they did not show up. Since then they have not answered the phone or my emails. This was a pre-paid deal through Angie's list so I feel particularly ripped off since I have already paid.

The company contacted me soon after I purchased the big deal to schedule a consultation with the owner and the actual work. Carlos was helpful in determining what could be done with the 4 hours provided in the deal. He also gave me ideas and costs for future work. Two workers came on time as scheduled and worked the entire time. The debris was neatly bagged and placed at curbside. We were very pleased with their work; was better than I expected! We would definitely use them again.

The team was easy to work with, did a great job of preparing the ground and then seeding. I'd use them again.

Carlos, the owner, came out to give us a free estimate. He is a nice young man, easy to work with, well spoken, and professional. His crew is polite and respectful. They were responsive to what we wanted and how we wanted it. They cleaned up the area well afterwards. We are very happy with the results, and would recommend them to others!

I had bought a deal, and when they came out they said it would require additional hours. I agreed but watched them kind of dilly-dallying around, then they cut back one shrub badly that I hadn't wanted them to touch. It's been a long time so the details are sketchy, but I"m tired of AL nagging me to put up a review so here it is. My dollar and date estimates are likely wrong.

Quick contact by the company once I purchased the Angie's list deal. I told them I didn't need the work done for a couple of weeks and they had no problem with that. Once I wanted the work done, they put me on the schedule and knocked out the job. Had a crew of three, which included the foreman on the job. He did everything I asked him to do. Still had a bit of time left over on the deal so the crew did some additional trimming that I needed done. My wife and I went for a walk after the crew had left. When we returned the owner was walking our property to make sure that the job was done correctly. He remarked that our back fence gate was left open and asked if his guys had not closed it. I told him no that my son had left it open. I then asked Carlos if he could give me some estimates for some work at another property, which promptly gave me by the end of the day. So bottom line.... Fair price, great job by the crew, and conscientious follow up by the boss....I will use them again in the future....

I purchased the deal on Angie's List because we have a tremendous fall of leaves from our trees throughout the autumn season. We attempted to get them up ourselves but could not clean up the yard adequately. Rodriquez Landscaping came and cleaned up the yard in record time. It looks fantastic! What a difference a professional makes! I will certainly use this company again to maintain the landscape on our yard!

All went well. Three folks working for over four hours. Everyone stayed busy. My contract was for 8 man hours of labor. We added some extra time to do additional work. Highly recommend this team.

Yard looks great!! Carlos Rodriquez was very responsive to my questions and listened to what I wanted done in the yard. Called me to update on the progress of the job and negotiate since I wanted extra work done. Especially liked that he invoiced by email and rapid secure payment option by credit card on computer, so that I did not have to return home from work in a hurry to pay him for the extra work I requested (past the Angie's List Deal time). Would easily call him again for yard work. Very happy with the service, quality, price and payment method.
