Description of Work: RSI is the company I rely on for 8 yrs since I moved here. This time, I asked them to come back to change 1 of my thermostats. RSI installed one that has a memory in case the power goes out. If the power goes out, this new 1 remembers the temperature when the power comes back. While they were here, they checked the refrigerant and added a pound. I have 2 zones in my home and RSI has helped me replace 2 aging heat pumps over the years.

Description of Work: The blower motor burnt out on our heating system (the system that serviced our first floor and basement heating needs) during some of the coldest nights of the year. They came out the next day and replaced the blower motor and checked that the system was working properly afterwards. Residential Systems had previously performed excellent work for us in replacing our attic furnace system and the attached AC system, both which serviced the second floor of our home. Good job
