The plumber showed up on time and was very nice. Although we didn't use them for the project, they seemed very knowledgeable and well qualified. They even pointed out something not related to the job (the too low setting on our water heater) and recommend that we change that.
Description of Work: As part of my HMS warranty, R L Cudd sent a plumber to look at a toilet that wasn't flushing well in my upstairs bathroom. (Since it was thru HMS, I didn't pay normal rates) Unfortunately, due to the nature of the diagnosis (calcium buildup in the toilet), the work wouldn't be covered by the HMS warranty, so I didn't move forward with toilet replacement.

After numerous attempts to contact the company, over 5 days, I was unsuccessful in getting a call back.
