They didn't add any insulation or tell me about it, before they did the siding. They did painting inside my home, in which they used the least expensive paint, in order to improve their own profit. They repaired wallboard on my ceiling which they did ok. I think everything else is terrible. Big gaps when caulking. Their crew was questionable and could not speak a word of English, to communicate to me what was happening. They overcharged my home equity credit card, they tried to charge us double, I thought that was very sneaky. I lost the card and had everything cancelled. We even left the house for a week to give them space to work. After all was said and done, I wrote them a check, from my retirement account, the billing was so complicated I could not understand it and they did not help. When I sent the check in, I did tell them they did not do a good job. The only reason I hired them is because my real estate agent recommended them. Even if the job had been good work, they still overcharged by quite a bit. I would not recommend them, in fact I would go a step further and tell people to steer clear of them.

They checked my area rugs and took them back to their facility and washed, cleaned, and dried them there. They delivered it back to my house after completing the work. Their price that included delivery was only 50 percent of that of the next cheapest competitor. They charged about a dollar per square foot for my area rugs when the next cheapest vendor was charging about $2.5 per square foot for the exact same service. It was a really good price.

We had a water pipe burst and we called Premier to come out and do the initial remediation work. They set up fans and dehumidifiers and sprayed for mold retardation. They cut out the wet drywall and flooring so that they could dry and stated they would be back in three days. They gave me a tentative bill to submit to the insurance company and required that I give them a $500 deposit. Three days later they called and said they couldn't come back until the end of the week. Because of that they readjusted the bill and added additional time for the rental of the machines bringing the bill to over $3,000. I also asked that they give me an estimate for the repair work that needed to be done including putting down new carpeting. It has been over a month since they were initially out and I have called the company three times and the owner has never returned my call. In addition, my insurance agent said that the insurance company would be paying their bill in total, so that I should get my deposit back from the company. I mentioned this to one of the owner's crew and asked him to have the owner call me but I have never heard from him. I have had someone else fix the repair and I will continue to call and try to get a response about my deposit.

The sales staff missed an appointment, then misplaced or forgot instructions that we had agreed on in the contract period. In addition, sales staff was not clear as to when the installation would take place, so we spent two weeks bird-dogging the staff. The installers were prompt, courteous, and diligent. The job was completed, and we are satisfied with the results.
