Premier Exteriors made this process of getting our roof replaced so simple! There were quite a bit of my neighbors that had gone with Premier so we decided to give them a shot. The meeting was very good and thorough. The outside of my house looks quite clean after they finished with my roof. Based on our amazing experience with your company we will be referring you to others!

Premier Exteriors replaced our roof and gutters. The entire process was very smooth and work was completed as explained. We wanted Timberline HD Shingles for our new roof and were pleased to learn Premier Exteriors is an authorized GAF roofing contractor with a VA Class-A license. Kudos to Samantha and owner Ricardo for being responsive and keeping things simple. The level of service received was exceptional. The install team did an excellent job ensuring the work was done on time and the worksite was safe and free of debris and nails. I highly recommend Premier Exterior for your next roofing project.

I had a new roof put on my house today and Premier was really quick with getting it done, they were in and out so fast, I was shocked! When they came out and sat with me they were very informative and I never felt pushed to make one decision or another and that spoke volumes to me. The price was right and they did a fantastic job!

The price was reasonable, The quality was good, and the warranty is really nice. My consultation was a 10 out of 10! The workers showed up extra early to get started with my roof and finished it beautifully.

My experience with this company was excellent! I've seen them do a lot of roofs in my neighborhood and they always do great work. Premier Exteriors completed my roof all in one day and they did it perfectly. The clean up afterwards was super. They definitely live up to their name as they provided me with a PREMIER roof for sure!

We contracted Premier Exteriors to do our roof and we didn't even have to be home for them to install it. We went to work and I came home around 5pm to a completely done brand new roof! It didn't even look like they were ever there. lol It was so easy and looks amazing!

On a scale from 1 to 10 I give PREMIER Exteriors a 100!! I called them off a flyer and liked that they were a local company nearby that I could support. Their price really caught my eye. The representative was wonderful, he explained everything to me, gave me options and took good care of my roof. They left no mess!

I had a leak in my roof and Premier Exteriors did a phenomenal job of replacing my roof for me. They provided a full inspection, reasonable pricing and good quality work. There was no debris left behind and the work was complete in one day!!! The owner and his employees were very friendly and provided a great service. I would definitely recommend Premier Exteriors to anyone who is looking to have work done on their home.

I met with the owner of the company and found out he was a Christian and even had a cross with him so I had a really good feeling about that. After going over all the materials and what they would do for me I trusted, believed and had faith that he was the right guy for my situation and was going to handle it properly. I'm happy to say he did everything as promised! The guys who worked on my roof were great too. I had given them some food and water and they did a really good job giving me a strong quality roof. I am submitting this review because my neighbor just asked me if I recommended Premier, as they received one of their flyers on their door. After I shared my experience with Premier, they suggested I post a review. I did not know there was a place to review Premier, until now. I sincerely hope Premier has changed their business practices…but I’m not sure they have, but I certainly hope so! I would NOT hire Premier for ANY roofing job. I speak with unfortunate experience. I got a great tabletop from Ricardo where he assured me he could fix my dormers where squirrels were getting in to my attic. He suggested I go with a completely new roof for $7K and with wonderful new composite materials. It sounded great! I hired a trapper who got rid of the squirrels and sealed the dormers for Ricardo’s team to come in. The so-called On-site Control guy that would be supervising was instead spotted putting flyers all over my large neighborhood in Cameron Station Alexandria, that day, with my address on it, and well before the job was done. I was not happy about that but could let it slide. However, one week after installation, I had squirrels in the attic! When I phoned Ricardo, he said, “Not my problem.” That is a direct quote. I’ll spare you the painful and stressful details but will give the bottom-line: I hired an inspector to go up and got a full report with photos showing that Premier painted over rotted wood on the dormers!! There were numerous problems with the installation. They cut many corners and the inspector said it was sub-par work and in need of a full roof replacement!! This is ONE WEEK after installation!!! If you can’t get an inspector to verify the quality of work UP ON YOUR ROOF, I would definitely find a reputable company. Many roofers I called for advice, told me Premier has a reputation for VOLUME and shoddy, quick work. I would imagine all these 5 star reviews are without ANY roof-top inspection! IF you can’t get up to take a look, I would be concerned! The attached photos were taken one week after installation! Notice the rotted wood, paint drips and poor workmanship! BEWARE!!!

Premier Exteriors came out and replaced my old roof for me and everything was really wonderful. The team showed up on time and were very courteous and cleaned up everything. They also had someone personally stop by to drop off my warranty paperwork for me. Another thing I really appreciated was the fact that the office manager Samantha went back and forth corresponding with my mom to help me get this done because I work a lot and didn't have all the time. My mom really liked her and this company and so do I. Thanks again to Samantha and the team for all your hard work!

I called in off of an advertisement I received and spoke with an office lady named Samantha and she really took the time to explain everything to me step by step of what I would be getting and how it would be done. She also went over prices and any extra costs. She didn't need to convince me to do it at all, it was her knowledge and understanding that really helped me realize that this was the right company to go with rather than any salesman. She really knows her job well. That made me feel completely comfortable and have a sense of trust going with Premier Exteriors. I will be referring people your way.

Zero issues using this company! Everything was done nicely. They cleaned up perfectly after and the job was done in under a day flat. Everything I asked for was delivered. No complaints whatsoever and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof.

The price was really good and after meeting with the representative I knew this was the right company to do the work. They provided so much information that I feel like I know a lot more about roofing myself now lol. The team worked hard for several hours in the heat and did a great job and they cleaned up well. I really appreciate the hard work!

I really wanted to take the time to post this review because the represented who came out and sat down with me was just a really awesome guy. His name was Ricardo, he was very thorough, explained EVERYTHING, told me all about the warranties, answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. He wasn't like a sales man at all. He more or less advised me on roofing/gutters and the materials and then let me decided. He was the difference and reason on why I chose this company and I'm really happy I did. Premier Exteriors were excellent. They were thorough throughout the whole process and cleaned up nicely. My roof looks great.

I chose Premier from word of mouth and my neighbors satisfaction. After getting my roof installed I really enjoyed the attention to detail and how thorough the crew was picking up all the nails and debris in both mine and my neighbors yard. I really liked how the project manager Edmundo pointed out an issue with the angle of my roof previously being installed incorrectly and he came up with a solution to a problem that I’ve had for the last 10 years. I was really satisfied with how he dealt with my concern and not only fixed it but took the time to explain it to me, all without charging me extra for it. It really shows the character and honesty of the people in this company!

Everything went great! I actually got the pleasure of seeing my neighbor across the street from me get their roof replaced by Premier Exteriors first hand and that prompted me to give them a call because they did such a good job there and their roof looks great so I knew exactly what to expect. I hired them and they did an amazing job for my roof too. They do not disappoint. I highly recommend Premier to everyone for their roof. I loved the crew that came out too.

How did it go? In a word it was perfect! From the time the owner, Ricardo Yuly, came to our home to give us the presentation on the scope of work and materials involved in a roof replacement, in this case a GAF roofing system with a full 50 year transferrable warranty, until the last bit of scrap was removed from the premises, we knew we made the right choice and were in the hands of a competent business man who knew his craft and employed a first rate team of professionals dedicated to doing the job right the first time. We are always keen on securing the "biggest bang for the buck" so to that end we had several companies compete for the job. Although not the lowest bid we encountered, they certainly weren't the highest and we chose to go with Premier Exteriors because of the professionalism of the staff. The team of professionals included the owner Ricardo himself, Samantha who did an unparalleled job of providing the conduit through which most of the communications from Premier to and from us flowed, Eduardo who provided on-site project management expertise, and five others comprising the installation team. The job itself took approximately 7 1/2 hours and was performed in an exemplary manner from start to finish! We can highly recommend Premier Exteriors without any reservations whatsoever to you should you need any roofing services in the Northern Virginia Area!

They worked efficiently and took great care around my landscaping. They also did a wonderful job cleaning up. And my roof looks spectacular!! ( I went with the premium architectural shingles. ) I highly recommend Premier Exteriors! Their pricing was very fair and the quality of the work provided was exceptional.
