Great product! Great price! The owner explained the roof very well. I feel confident that my roof will last a LONG TIME, which puts my mind at ease and to add even more confidence if I choose to sale my home the warrenty is transferred making it a great investment on my home. I also The crew that installed my roof were efficient and worked in a timely manner. The cleaned up very well. They were very polite when they arrived and left.

I shopped around and the crew at Premier gave me the best price and guided my wife as to shingle type and color, came and did the whole thing in one morning, had about 400 guys on my roof, clearing my two story house 3 in back was as normal as a walk in the park for them, good guys, amazing what they can do when they know how to do it, cleaned up great, roof looks amazing, neighbors commented and even I who know nothing about roofs think it looks really good, very pleased.

Yes, they did a good job on my roof such that my next door neighbors came up to me asking questions about this company, added that they did an awesome job. By mere looking at the newly installed roof my house looked beautiful. We're sincerely grateful, to Ricardo, Angel and Samantha, and the crew that came over. Everything was done within a day.

The Roof on my Townhouse was replaced and upgraded with best-in-class materials offered. The whole process from my initial call to Premier Exteriors, to meeting with Ricardo who explained the options available, to having the installation completed only took 8 days! One thing that sets Premier Exteriors apart from my experience other vendors in the space, is that they respond and turn up when they say they will. To put it simply, they are professionals. Ricardo and his team, are polite, and knowledgable. They set expectations with the customer and they deliver on them.

I called Premier Exteriors because I received a flyer on my door and it was perfect timing. Ricardo came out and we were impressed with how informative he was as well as how he answered all my son's and my questions. We got a great price too! What stood out to me the most was on the day of the installation, the project manager personally informed me of the window screens that were damaged during the work. I was happy that they let me know, instead of finding out for myself. It reinforced the integrity of this company. Even though it was raining , they came out and fixed the screens the next day as promised. They did an outstanding job, and I unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone with a pending roof job. They are absolutely 5 stars!!

Excellent experience working with Premier roofing company. They was calm, composed and very professional from the start of our first meeting. The person came home and explained all the aspects of roofing and its need in a house, how it impacts cooling and heating systems and how shall I be benefited with the roofing update on my house. The person also explained various plans and materials and their respective strengths and pros and cons to decide which material shall be used . Experts team arrived on scheduled appointment day and started their work with complete poise steps and the team kept on calling to provide updates at every front. Great experience. Ricardo presented the price with great details that goes into the work. I learned a lot about roofs. Initial conversation was great to manage my expectation. There were a lot of flexibilities offered which makes them a great partner to work together. The presentation, solution and follow ups were great that it was difficult to not give them the business. The crew worked diligently for hours straight. I'm very pleased so far with the work they have done.

I had a great experience with Ricardo and his team. I had my roof replaced after it started leaking. Ricardo sat down with me and went over all of the options he had available and patiently answered my questions until I felt comfortable making a decision. The process was very straightforward. They had no problems working with me and my timeline and my HOA. The installation went exactly according to plan and everything was cleaned up just as they said it would be. Premier was extremely responsive, and great about communication and scheduling. The team that came out to do the installation was also friendly and professional. I worked with Samantha on my roof project. She has been absolutely a pleasure to work with. She is very clear in her communication and meticulous in follow up. I am particular impressed with how she stays on top of things and makes sure loose ends are tied. You can tell she takes pride in her work and that she cares. It’s a breath of fresh air given how frustrating home improvement projects can be. I would totally recommend her and the company to others.

I love this company! Definitely 5 stars!! I called in off of their flyer after looking at the properties they had listed that they’ve replaced and those roofs looked good. The owner came out and he was such a sweetheart. He made me feel very comfortable and confident in the product. I believed in him because he was honest and gave me a lot of background history about the company. I didn’t feel deceived in any way. At the end I felt that I knew I was getting good quality materials and work! I also took a lot of notes during our meeting and he was very patient with me. Lol They kept their word, stood behind their work, and my roof looks fantastic! I will be passing your name out as a reference for sure!!

This company is horrible. Every 3 months they tape flyers to every door in the neighborhood. Have asked them to stop multiple times but they don't seem to care.
