Peter works attentively and with company pride as went beyond the call of duty to clean out areas of a large condo community that had been overlooked by other providers for a long time. It's clear that he has a strong team who work diligently and efficiently together. Great job!

Went well, though some issues with lawn weed care in the backyard. But, after about 14 years of service, Peter decided not to continue residential service... without notification. Have called the office 4-5 times... they won't return a phone call. Confused as they actually continue to service my HOA common areas directly across from my home and my next-door neighbor's home. Why not me? They just won't call me back and tell me.

Ok. But non-responsive to changes or requests for additional services.

I estimate the yearly cost of services to be around $5000 for maintaining my 0.3 acre property. Price was relatively high but not totally unreasonable. Peter's does a good job; my biggest problem with them was that they could accommodate my requests (repeated every year) to mow the lawn later in the week. They would always show up first thing Monday morning, so grass/weeds were be fairly long by the weekend when we want to enjoy our yard. You might get a better schedule - definitely a quality company. I probably would have stayed with Peter's if we had gotten on the Thursday/Friday schedule for mows.

I had to plug in a date and price, because Angie's List doesn't provide a way to evaluate without that data. Our HOA used this company for a few years. I personally found the work to be average, with pricing that we were able to beat fairly easily by changing to a new company. This company did nothing egregious, they simply are not worth the pricing they charged, in my opinion. Some of our residents said the work they did was fine, but others said the work was inferior. Finally, if you decide to use this company, make sure you read their contract. I worked in contracts for years and the contract presented to our HOA was worded in such a way that I told our HOA president to reject the company for that reason alone. The terms and conditions were extremely in favor of the vendor.

They were pretty good. They could have been more flexible in not cutting the yard when it didn't need it during the hot dry weeks. Price was pretty competitive and the crew always very professional.

We previously (2012) had several trees removed by a and quot;drive byand quot; group. As part of a greater landscaping project, we received quotes for the removal of the remaining trees and grinding all stumps on the property in 2013. Our landscape designer / architect recommended Peter's Landscaping for the quality of their work and they came in with the best price. They arrived on schedule and completed all the work in a single day. This was probably double the work of the drive by guys did the year before, and Peter's did it for much less and in one day. They had the right equipment to do the job right and at an excellent price. Lesson learned - we won't use drive by service again. We don't expect to need their service again, but would recommend them to anyone who needs trees removed.

Peter's Landscape gives us more than or money's worth all the time. We had tried other companies in the past and no one compares. Our lawn is always perfect. We have a mowing contract--very reasonable, plus they do EVERYTHING for our yard.They are consistently good. Peter is very responsive. Email is the best way to communicate. We have used Peter's Landscaping for many years and we wouldn't use any one else.

They were prompt to come out and very prompt to give me the estimate. I was unclear on some of the work so I called back to the company because I wanted some clarification of the work. He never called me back. I called them 4 or 5 times and I emailed the person that sent the quote twice and they never replied to that. They talked to me about more things that they thought should be done and more things than I had asked them to come out about. They wanted to remove some certain trees and I didn't want that done. There were some issues with what they were going to do in the backyard. The estimate didn't tie into what we talked about and that was what I wanted to get clarification on. I finally said that if they didn't want to do business with me, I would find somebody else. They were not responsive to my calls and emails. They were professional when they came out but very unprofessional when they didn't reply to me.

I paid $165 a month for the mowing but I have discontinued the mowing contract. There have been issues but the work was very good. The prices were fair and the work was thorough.

My neighbor has used Peters for grass cutting and maintaining their beds, pulling weeds and mulching. We decided to use them this year even though we thought they were a little pricey but her yard always looks so maintained and Peters does everything for them. Our yard is pretty clean but we have a lot of bushes and beds and the weeds were terrible this year and we personally didn’t want to spend a lot of our weekends trying to just get it prepared before we even thought of putting mulch down. Well I guess you get what you pay for. They arrived a week earlier than expected and seemed to swarm all over our 1/2 acre. They cleaned the beds, defined the areas around the trees, and gave all our shrubs a good trim, the latter was a surprise, I wasn't expecting that, but very grateful they did it. It took them about a half a day to prepare my beds and clean up the yard and they worked every minute and the yard looked amazing before the mulch was even added. Next day they came back mid morning to lay the mulch. Towards the end of the day 6pm my husband and I saw that there was only a small pile of mulch left and they still had a few more areas to cover. We were disappointed because we assumed they would have to stretch what they had left to cover the areas. It probably would look all right but would not have the generous amount of mulch that was applied in the other areas. Within moments of that thought another truck had pulled up loaded with mulch and ready to unload. That alone told us what kind of company Peter's Landscaping was. They didn't skimp when they could have. It was unbelievable how fast they transformed our yard in less than two days and before they left they cleaned up everything and you couldn’t even tell where they had unloaded the mulch on the street. Excellent job! We will definitely call them for the next Spring clean up.

It was excellent. I am going to call him again.
