Description of Work: Miguel's team pressure washed and stained our deck. They also removed one piece of wood from the deck and replaced it, and replaced a piece of aluminum siding that had fallen off. They did a great job.

wallpaper removal, pressure washing, interior painters
+ 1 moreThe quality of service and work was excellent. The company's owner, Miguel, provided his detailed estimate quickly, and work commenced within 2 days of my accepting his bid. Miguel arrived with his crew and went over the entire job with them in great detail. They worked tirelessly from 8:00 am to 7:30 pm for 2 days. On the third day, Miguel arrived with them again and inspected the work. He is very detail oriented and had them address a couple of very minor issues (for example, roll over a tiny brush stroke that showed up where they had touched up a wall). After they had resolved those issues and completed the exterior power washing, Miguel returned for a final inspection before I paid him (I did not pay him anything prior to this point). His crew clearly took a lot of pride in their work and were very diligent, professional, and polite. They also cleaned up after themselves daily, leaving the house much cleaner than they found it!
Description of Work: Painted wall, baseboards, doors, door frames, trim & windows in kitchen, family room, downstairs foyer, staircase, upstairs hallway, one bedroom; stripped wallpaper and prepped/primed walls for homeowner to paint in bathroom; power-washed home exterior as well as front porch and walkway and rear patio.
