Earlier this month, Open Blooms delivered a beautiful arrangement of flowers to me. During that time, I'd received several bouquets from various friends and family, due to an injury. The Open Blooms flowers began to fade quite a bit sooner than all the rest, even though I received them last. I was disappointed, as they had been so beautiful on delivery. So, I simply called Open Blooms and explained to them that my flowers had already gone bad. I asked if there was something I should have done that would have made them last longer. The customer service rep sweetly expressed concern over my injury, and then her apologies for the faded flowers. She then asked if she could send a fresh bouquet to replace the ones that faded too soon. I was truly impressed by that gesture, and very touched. I called to thank them, after my incredibly beautiful flowers arrived, within just a couple of hours of speaking to the rep. The next time I have a floral need, I will call Open Blooms!
