We had a very complex front door to install and On the Level did a superior job -- the quality of the work was superb, the price was more than fair, and all of the work was completed in a timely manner. Peter did a great job communicating through out the process --we would hire them again.

I did a competition on replacing our basement door, reviewing both the solution for a Signet Door and including price installed. After reviewing several solutions from several top rated companies, we decided that On the Level Contracting (OTL) (Peter Psihas) had the best solution for the outside trim with a 12 9/16” Frame Depth. I than went to the 3 lowest bidders (including OTL) with the final configuration to ensure everyone was bidding on the same configuration. After receiving the 3 final bids from top rated companies, OTL had the lowest price. After Peter ordered the door from ProVia, Peter provided me the estimated date he would be receiving the door from Provia. When the door was received Peter notified me and worked with me to schedule the installation date based upon our availability. The installation team from OTL arrived in the schedule time, verified they had the correct door prior to starting the work and did an excellent job installing the replacement door. Peter can to our house prior to the job being completed to ensure I was satisfied and went over the warranty information. Prior to signing the final contract, I talked to Peter about providing the Aluminum and replacing the Aluminum Capping to the side of the garage door that was dented. Peter and his father (George) replaced the capping matching the bends exactly to the top and the other side. I highly recommend using OTL.!!!

They showed up on time and quietly went about their work (2 installers). They would let me know if there was anything out of the ordinary and then proceed. No breaks - just steady work until they had the job completed. Very impressive.

Exceptionally well installed! Peter and Jose were professional, meticulous and thorough. They worked extra late to ensure everything was installed perfectly and the house was left immaculate. Definitely recommend and will use them again!

They did a great job. The installer was running a bit behind schedule and called well in advance to apologize and to make sure it was still ok for him to come. I really appreciated that. They gave me all the info I needed to get my door registered and even offered advice about another door that I had a broken part on.

Wonderful! I couldn't be happier with the service we received from all the staff we worked with. By far the best contractor I have encountered in our area. Always pleasant on the phone and in person. All staff very helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely be keeping there number for future home improvements! The contractor was prompt, professional and his attention to detail as well as preserving existing surfaces was commendable.

Doors were purchased through Home Depot and they messed up the sizes. But Peter from On the Level Contractors made the adjustments and did an excellent installation.

The transformation is really amazing. I wish I had taken "before" pictures. They applied the stain and antique style glaze so expertly it looks as though we purchased new cabinets. I noticed to my amazement that the workers kept trying tenaciously and working longer and longer until they got the look just right without my asking them to go to all that trouble. They were courteous and cooperative as well as very helpful. I am not including the cost here as it was part of a much larger contract but generally their costs are very fair and affordable.

Fantastic ... looks great and it was quick. Trustworthy and reliable team, and it was clear they knew just what they were doing. From studs, drywall, and ceiling - to flooring, electrical, and lighting. They did it all.

Thia is the second occasion that Eric and Eva have provided services at our home. Our first update to our home was completed last year when we had our old front door replaced. This weekend we replaced two exterior doors leading to our second floor balcony and back porch. The original doors were drafty and difficult to close. Eric and Eva are perfectionist who take pride in their work and aim to please. We highly recommend them and will request them when we replace our French doors in the spring.
