Michael (Murphy) my technician was prompt, professional and great. He quickly identified them as carpenter ants. From there he did a thorough assessment of the potential entry points and identified a few places, such as cracks and crevices, door thresholds, etc., and then he treated all areas where they might potentially enter. Michael also spent time explaining and showing me his findings and advised me on ways to prevent recurrence. I would recommend Moxie to anyone looking for a Pest Control company.

Treatment was quick and efficient. Mathew the tech was well informed and patiently explained what he was doing. He even saw some mud dauber wasps in the shutters and took care of those too. I purchased a coupon and there was some confusion with the office about what he was out here to do, but he called them and got it quickly sorted out.

Josh did a wonderful job, knowledgeable, professional, forgot to ask him to apply treatment to garage area though, but that is on me. Overall, very pleased with what Josh did, he did great.

I was having a problem with Wasps hanging around the front of my house and flying in whenever we opened the front door. I saw a deal on Angie's List for a wasp treatment by Moxie. I purchased the deal, called moxie to schedule. The scheduling department was unfamiliar with the treatment and the deal listed on angles list. I got all that cleared up and scheduled for the next day (yay!). Moxie came out (I can't remember his name but he said he lives in Leesburg also). He was very friendly, educated me on the wasp issue, and treated. Almost immediately we noticed a difference and haven't had an issue since. The moxie provider encouraged me, but did not pressure me to sign up for more services. I appreciate that as I do not like pushy sales people. I will use them again!

Rob Sallade was the technician in charge and he and his team did an awesome job. They checked everywhere for any problems and notified us of some potential issues for future resolution. I was impressed with Rob's professionalism and I hope he is the technician on future treatments

Demetrius Rasberry showed up on time, and was prepared to answer all of my questions and concerns. He explained the treatments, the bugs they targeted, and the safety to my child and pets. I was very impressed with him! He treated my home and yard quickly but thoroughly. I'm pleased with the new service!

Tyler Torres was very thorough and explained what he was doing in each area, including impact to our dog for the outside areas. Excellent response time and performance.

Great. Was able to schedule same day. Stephan was the tech and arrived as scheduled. He was friendly and professional. Let me know everything he was doing. He granulated the lawn 30 feet around the house, spray treated the foundation area, and de-webbed the exterior eaves around the entire house to knock down webs. After the exterior, he spray treated each room inside the house. He answered all my questions and did not rush the job. All-in-all, a great experience. If the products he used work as well as he did, I will be a customer for a long time.

I think the technician, Jaren Melvin, did an excellent job and was a terrific representative of this company. He arrived before I got home and my husband asked if he could flip the job with another nearby so I could be there when he did the service. This was a huge help to us as I like to see the work that is done. Mr. Melvin did a very thorough job and asked if we had any other concerns that needed to be addressed. He was extremely polite, and wanted to make sure that we were happy with our service. Also, because we have a new puppy, he advised us what to do about the dog with the areas just treated Very good job!

Moxie was very professional. They texted the day before and advised the time frame the technician would be coming to the house. This time, it was another technician, Andrew Frankovitch, who came out and performed the job. Andrew introduced himself, was polite, explained what he was going to do and was on time for the job. Great job.

Tyler Torres arrived at my door and thoroughly explained services to be provided (this was the initial treatment). He explained everything that would be treated and how long animals should stay off yard (kid and pet friendly treatment). He was here for 30-40 minutes (thorough and meticulous with treatment); he even swept the interior garage for spider webs! He then went over service again before he left. Professional job! Looking forward to continued great service!

Rob Sallade came to treat ants we have from all ha rain lately. He was professional and took the time to explain what he was doing. After doing the inside, he treated the outside without being asked to. Great service!

The technician, Tyler Starn, stopped by on Friday evening for our every three month pest control service. He was very pleasant and professional and was sure to ask whether we had any problems to note. We said we'd seen a couple insects inside the house so he also did a preventative spray in our basement as we were home, but I didn't feel it was necessary for him to make an additional trip back to do a treatment of the whole house. He then did the regular outside treatment on the eaves, foundation, and lawn. I also mentioned to Tyler that we had the monthly mosquito service through Moxie, but had not seen a mosquito tech for more than a month. Tyler called the office for us to ensure that they contacted us to set up the next treatment. As it turned out, they had been waiting for the rain to abate before scheduling the next service, and scheduled us in based on a forecast of clear weather next week. We really appreciated Tyler's help as well as his professionalism and pleasantness. Thanks!

They are fine. They were very responsive. They come every quarter and just do the service; it isn't like I schedule things.

I've used Moxie for my quarterly maintenance for years and they have consistently done a great job. The technicians are consistently professional, knowledgeable and friendly.... specifically, Darius who has serviced my home several times. He puts booties on his feet without having to be asked prior to entering the home; thoroughly sprays the perimeter and sweeps for cobwebs; inspects for hives and other abnormalities and is consistently mindful of the fact that I have pets. Darius was awesome!

Our technician, Darias Dawkins, is always very thorough, polite and professional. He is an asset to Moxie!

The technician (Jack) is the most courteous, polite and friendly tech from Moxie that I've had at my home. He was very professional & explained in detail everything he had done & treated. I'd give Jack a 5 star rating!

I've been a client of Moxie for the past 5 years and have had a number of different technicians come to the house to spray both the exterior and occasionally the interior of my home. I called for service to spray my basement as I've noticed an increase in bug activity and was able to get an appointment within a couple of days, rather than the week I was expecting. Technicians Darius D and trainee Demetrius R responded to my call for help and boy did they ever. Not only did they take care of the bug issue but also wrestled with the black snake that had taken up residence in my storm cellar. Talk about going above and beyond. Excellent job by both!

Brian knocked down all webs around my home. He sprayed the entire foundation, even climbing carefully through my flower beds and bushes. He sprayed my yard for mosquitoes and then he tackled the inside by giving me another round of protection on all of my baseboards, in my crawlspace and vents from my attic into the bathrooms (where we have found silverfish) and then he helped me carefully inspect for mice, which we know we have had but could not find the source of entry. Brian was incredibly patient and thorough even if I was his last stop of the day and I'm sure he would have liked to get home. He never made me feel like he was in a hurry and was so kind and courteous. I'd love to have him back!
