Excellent job. Customer focus.

They have outstanding customer service. The products they used were green products, and safe for family and pets. They came out as many times as I needed them, with no additional charge. The price was good. They were punctual and professional.

Except for initial treatment and on request for additional interior treatments, all outside treatments are made without requiring customer to be at home. Treatments have been effective in controlling house pests.

It was fine. He arrived on time, was very polite and took care of things. No complaints.

I pay yearly. I like that they are very friendly and always willing to come out if there are any issues or if they need to re-spray. They are always willing to go that extra mile and make sure that everything is done. They are usually outside. They call first the day before to say that they are going to come which is always a plus. They call when they are on their way to say that they are going to be here. They tell us what's going to be done and they do it. They are on the more expensive side, but I always get what I pay for. One would be willing to pay more when they get better service and stuff. I would probably continue to use them in the future.

I just recently renewed by annual contract with Moxie because I have been very impressed with their service, professionalism and promptness. We started with them because we had spider problems in our basement and some ant issues in the kitchen. They have continued to take care of the issues we had and come out if we have any concerns between our regularly scheduled appointments. They are always very professional when I call and are quick to come out if we need anything addressed between quarterly visits.

We had a spider infestation this summer when it was warm and damp they were here whenever I called. They came to door after their service to check and see how everything is going. They are very nice people.

I've used them for a few years. They are always on time. I'd highly recommend.

I just would not use them. Get all of the service steps in writing, do not take the word of the salesman. Do not allow service to be done when you are not at home. We continued to have ants in our house after two treatments.

We love them. They come out quarterly I think, unless we call them in between. They come out right away if we call them. We pay them the contract price. They are quick to respond. If we do call them, they come out immediately. They are responsive. They call us before hand to let us know that they are coming and they ask at that time, if there’s anything specific that they want us to address. If I’m not here when they come over, I’m able to at least tell them if I’m having an influx of spiders on the deck or else where and they’re really good about taking care of it. The only thing is that they’ve managed to get a couple of our neighbors together and so they come and service us all at the same time, which is also nice. So then we have all the bugs going somewhere else. We will absolutely use their services again in the future.

I was surprised that every time we saw a bug and we called them they were out. I was very impressed. The people we had out seemed very knowledgeable and professional. They are really customer oriented. They take the time to explain stuff to us like what they are doing and the process they go through. They come out quarterly but originally they came out and did some treatments inside. I think when I first used them, it was extremely reasonable for what they came out and for quarterly payments and the fact that they would come out as many times we want without additional charges. I have called them several times and they have been out. I don’t know how to judge quality of work but they do the job. We hardly see any insects. I would give them an ‘A’ for quality. They are responsive. We would continue to use them in the future.

I have signed a contract with them. I have only had them for a couple of months, and they have done about two services, but so far, they have been good overall. I have had no problems. Their quality of work is good; what they have done has been working. I have never had a problem getting a hold of them or anything, and they have always come out early.

They come out every quarter. They are coming out tomorrow. I pay $100 and that is because I have them out every quarter. I have had them for a couple of years. I like the fact that they call the day before to let you know they are coming and they always ask if they need to do any special treatment and if I have any problem areas. Since they come every quarter I don’t have any problems and everything stays good. I like them. They call afterwards to see if everything went well. They are very good on their customer service. They stay engaged and it is not like that they do their thing and go away. They follow up and they call to check if you are satisfied with their service and they call to let you know they are coming. Their price is comparable to other companies. I don’t think they are over priced. I have interacted with the people who do the work a couple of times when I happened to be at home and they are pleasant. They come regularly.

They have been really responsive. We had a silverfish problem and a mouse problem out in the shed, but they took care of it immediately. They are good about calling ahead and letting me know when they are going to be here. It has always been someone different and they have always been good. I was going to change service providers because I found a better deal, but they met and even went a little under the competitor.

Their price is a little high but they had a special going. The experience was good. They were on time and courteous. I plan to use them again. They did what I asked. I signed a contract with them so they will come out 3 or 4 more times. The quality was fine as far as I can see and I don't have any bugs.

A representative from the company was soliciting door-to-door in my neighborhood. While I rarely engage in door-to-door solicitations, I was already looking to hire a pest control company. The rep that came by explained to me that he was running a special since several other neighbors were already signed up and that he was going to be in the area the next day to do treatment. Of course, I rarely believe such claims and asked him point blank to name the neighbors and failed to do so. However, I didn't let this stop his pitch since he was offering a good deal. The normal first time treatment costs around $200, but told me he could drop the price to $50. It sounded too good to be true, but he explained that this was for the initial costs and hoped I wouldn't notice that the cost for the quarterly treatments was almost $100. Since Fairfax, VA allows customers of door-to-door solicitors 3 business days to cancel any contract, I decided to sign and then do research. They had positive reviews on Angie's list as well as on Yelp. However, I did notice that the rep asked me to post a positive review on Yelp and on Google if I was satisfied with the service. I wondered why. The next day, the service rep came by and explained to me what he would be doing. He explained the chemicals, how they worked, and specifically asked me if there were any insects that were giving me problems. I explained to him the gnats that I had in the backyard. He informed me that flying insects were difficult since they would need to land on the poison to get any results. Understanding this, I had him continue with the outside. I told him to ring the door bell when he was ready to come in. He did not. While this wasn't completely bothersome, it was an understandable mistake. He entered my house and sprayed the baseboards of all the rooms. When he left, he again asked me if there was anything else he could do for me. Confused, I said that he did everything fine. He then told me that he would like me to write a review on Yelp and Google about the experience. I told him that I write my reviews on Angie's list. He said that the company can't read them since they don't show up on search results. After he left, I found out why this was so important. When typing in "moxie pest control reviews" (without quotes) into google, the first couple results refer to Moxie pest services in NC and in CA. Moxie NoVA is currently the fourth result, with good reviews. I can see why they really need to good reviews to show up on google. If it wasn't for the incessant pressure to write a good review for Moxie, I would give them an A for the overall experience. The price of $99 for each quarter is WAY too high after doing my research. But since I got my initial for $20 (after haggling with the rep), it doesn't seem as bad. I will most likely not renew for another year should the price not go down to at least $70.

They have provided me with wonderful customer service. Both my husband and I have been very satisfied with them. They explain everything upfront and they have done extras for me that was not part of the contract. Their employees are very professional and very friendly. They are great at explaining everything. I have dogs and their products are all environmentally and pet and child friendly. They are really great about working with your schedule.

They are very professional and we would continue to use them.

I like their responsiveness. If we call them in between their quarterly job, they do come out. We can call them two times a week. If we tell them that we are still seeing bugs, they’ll come right out and spray again. They are fairly responsive. They don’t really ask questions. They come out and treat whatever we tell them to treat. There is not contract and it’s just a quarterly job that they do. If we don’t want them anymore, then we can tell them to stop coming. I would use their services again in the future.

We have been using them for a year and will continue to use them now that the contract is over.

They show up on time, we don?t have to be home, and they are very polite. We get good service from them and we haven?t? been having any ants. They always call before they come and they leave the receipt in the door.

They come out regularly. I have had other companies before who were cheaper than them. They are one of the best pest control companies out there. If I call them, they will be out the same day or the next.

People from Moxie Pest Control do a good job. However I’m planning to cancel them this year because it’s just an expense we don’t need right now. We don’t have the same issues that we had a couple of years ago so I don’t need their services anymore. Their prices were competitive. The quality of the work was good. I would use them in the future when required.

They are a pretty new company and I think it takes a mark fee to start a new company. They are very, very good. They are very professional and they are when they say they are going to be and I always get a call before hand to let me know that they are going to be here. They leave a note on the door when they are leaving and when they called to set up the appointments; they never fail to ask if I have a problem. They just spray outside the house and not inside. They are also concern about what I want done and they are very polite people. I am not sure of if it was $99 for the contract.
