They are good. I have only had a couple of treatments so far but I have no complaints. They are friendly and professional.

They were responsive and good. However, we had to continuously have them return because spiders were appearing. They just couldn't get a handle on the spiders and roaches. We found another provider that was a little cheaper so we decided to give them a try for now.

They did a good job. We used their services for about a year. They were always prompt when I called with an issue. Usually I got an appointment that day or the next day. I have no complaints with the service.

So far they have done a great job. I have no complaints with their service. Even after the heavy rains the pest did not come to my door at all. The gentleman who came to the door, Hyrum, was very good. He is a very nice person. Overall, they are professional, courters, and they provide a good service. They really provide good customer service. They will come back at anytime if needed.

I am happy with the service. It seems to be working fine. The people are very friendly and polite. If I ever have a problem they come back right away within twenty four hours. They are very quick to respond and have good customer service. Their technicians are very nice and accommodating Many people on my street use their services. They also call ahead and are easy to deal with. I have been using them for four years and I have no need to shop around.

We have them come out and do a granular outdoor treatment. We like the granular better because it stays longer than the spray. I am in a new construction area and the ants are going crazy trying to find a place. If I need their service, I just call them and they come right out. They are very through. I am very impressed with them. I honestly can't say anything bad about them and usually I will.

I was visiting my mother-in-law in Northern Virginia when a door to door sales rep came by to sell her some service. I informed him that she already had service and was not interested in changing. And attempted to go into the house. At that point he began insisting on talking to my mother-in-law. Long story short, my mother-in-law is 91 years old and has a history of door to door salesmen taking advantage of her so when we are there, we intercept all visitors. I politely informed him again she was not interested and asked him to leave. He continued to insist and stated it was "company" policy that he could not leave until he left her this piece of paper. I knew the piece of paper would be going directly in the trash and refused to take it and continued to ask him to leave. I will admit at some point I became rude and used language I am not proud of, but I asked him many times, politely, to leave and he refused. I even called 911 to have the police come and he was standing in my face refusing to leave even then. He only left, begrudgingly, after my wife came out and took his piece of paper which went directly in the trash. I would question the ethics of a company who encourages their employees to remain at a home even after they were requested to leave. My mother-in-law did not purchase any service from them and after this experience, it is highly unlikely that she would ever do so in the future. One other minor point, this occurred on 4 July 2012 when we were gathered as a family trying to celebrate the holiday.

They are responsive and thorough. They alert you before they come out. We had to have them come out in between services for ants and they took care of the problem.

I have a one year contract with them. They do an okay job. Anytime when I see ants and stuff like that, I call them and they always come.

I have a yearly contract. They are very good and very thorough. They explain what they are doing and they ask if I have any questions. Their price is right around average.

They came out on notice if I saw something between services. They were outstanding. Their prices and quality of work were excellent. I will no longer be using their services because I'm moving.

Their people are really friendly. They usually give me a call in advance when they are coming or ask if there is anything particularly I want to cover and they will come back for free if I have anything that I see.

Nothing really stands out about them. They seem pretty responsible.

My husband picked them. We will continue to use them.

If after they leave and anytime before the next visit, if I see pests, they will come back out at no charge.

They are a h*ll of a lot better than Terminix. Moxie is much better....Terminix su*cked. We use Moxie mostly for ant control.

They have been great, and I don't have any bugs around. I like the fact that I don't have to call them because they call and show up when it's time. I think the price is fine. I haven't shopped around, but I don't find it to be terribly expensive.

They don't complete what they are supposed to do. I have to call them to tell them what needs to be done and have to ask them to come back to complete work. They do come back out to complete work I asked to be done, but it should be done the first time around. If anything, we've had more ants inside the house.

Anytime I need them I can call them. They are reliable, professional and have a great follow up. They are cost effective, reliable and fix the problem in one visit.

I will continue to use their services in the future for our pest control.

They come on a regular basis to our home since we purchased it. If we have any issues they will come out for free between visits. Their price is reasonable. We are very pleased with them and would highly recommend them. They guy that normally comes is very professional, very courteous, and does an excellent job. We have called them before when we found a red furry ant, not only did they come out the next day they explained to us what it was. They are very responsive. We ask that they call us a half hour before they come and they do.

They come out on a regular basis. Their treatment seems to be effective. Their price is good, so that's why we changed to them from a different provider three years ago.

They come out quarterly, but I have the options of calling them at any time I see any problems and they come out and solve the problem. Since we have been using Moxie we have not had any problems. They are very good about keeping them out of my house because I have a phobia about insects. They are quick to respond and will be there the next day in some cases. The only thing about this company is they will not go up on the roof the way other companies will do. They are the third company that we have used and we are really very happy with them.

They come out any other time we have problems at no charge because we have the quarterly service. They are always very quick and they take care of the problem. When we call they are here within a day or two.
